The updates do not affect your deployment. The design, the content and everything you have done will be there. However, depending on the extend of the customization, there are three cases:

1) You have installed and activated the child-theme; there is no problem updating to the latest version. The site will remain the same for both you (back-end) and your visitors (front-end). Even if you have added code or modded the child-theme, all settings will remain in-tact.

2) You have installed and activated the main theme and have performed only standard customization (like using theme options or have added custom markup, code or CSS rules on the reserved fields); there will be no problem after updating

We still recommend using the child theme, as we can’t exclude the possibility something breaks after an update (especially if you are using several third party plugins).

3) You have installed and activated the main theme and, have performed changes on the theme files (using the integrated WordPress editor or external editor); all changes will be lost as the new theme files will replace the existed ones.

In any case, we recommend adding and activating the child-theme for a more relaxed developing experience. And, keep regular backups – always perform a full site backup before theme, plugin and core updates.

Our theme integrates a Top Bar with two columns. On the first column, you can display a menu item and, on the second you can add text or markup, allowing for displaying icons, links etc. We don’t have a solution ready for adding a call to action button there, but with a few CSS rules, you’ll be able to customize text/icon to look like a button.

Look for comments.php file. We are using the standard method as described in WordPress Codex, please take a moment to review the following article https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/template-files-section/partial-and-miscellaneous-template-files/comments/

You will have to provide some custom CSS in order to give a custom background color for the social icons. You will have to find the CSS class of these icons and then head to Theme Options > Advanced > Scripts & Styles > Custom CSS, and place the appropriate CSS, e.g. for Yelp you will need to paste:

We update WPBaker Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) regularly, each time we update the theme. As the particular plugin updates frequently, it is virtually impossible to include every minor version as this would result in updating the theme everytime Page Builder had a new version. The next update of Healthflex WP is scheduled for the end of this month. Please, be patient as we are performing tests to ensure everything works as expected. Meanwhile, you can keep working on your website as the current included version (1.5) is full-featured and, safe, you don’t need to worry about anything.

Both features you request are not included by default in our theme. You may be able to add Breadcrumbs with a plugin but, we haven’t tested any. Also, there is no carousel or other slider for the profiles and, we are not planning to add one. Instead, we have a very impressive ajax loading effect of the profiles. With a single look, we can tell there may be an issue with WPML or, a conflict with a plugin. We can hardly find a relation between this issue and, a problem on our theme.

In other case, we are going to need more information and, probably access to your installation via a WordPress administrative account to investigate for a resolution. Note that, we are trying to provide quality services to our customers and, equally treat each one.

We have licensed those images for our online demo from Adobe Stock. We don’t provide any links to the originals and, also the images appear blurred on the demo (as we don’t have any legal rights to re-distribute them). If you wish to use those images, you need to contact Adobe Stock and, probably subscribe to their service.

You may experience this problem because of a rotten package. Try downloading the theme package again from your Envato Account. Extract it’s contents locally on your computer and, upload the corresponding .zip file on your installation.

You can set any image you need on Media Panel (what you call Header) on each post. Just edit post and, roll a bit to locate Page Options. On Media Panel tab make sure Display Media Panel is set to position On. Then, on Background Section select Other Image and, upload or select an image from Media Library. In this way, you can have an image on Media Panel and still have another Featured Image. Note that, social network will retrieve image from post’s Featured Image.

Hello. You can add media on a profile page. Technically is just another post type and, Page Builder is enabled on it. What you can’t do is, replace the profile photo with a media grid.
