We still not heard anything on our 2 support tickets. really need help on the issues

we guarantee our response in 24/48 hours of opening ticket ( we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).
We are a business company and like most of agencies we work five days a week, our rest days are Saturday and Sunday.
For example if you open a ticket on Friday our team will respond on Monday ( response within 24 hours ) or Tuesday ( response within 48 hours ). Keep in mind the time you send the ticket, our working time is 9:00 to 18:00 so do not expect answers in the night. ( Our working time is UTC + 0 )

I noticed that if you put more than 1 guest and/or longer than 1 night stay in the check-in/check-out widget, that it is not remembered when you click on the room/appartment title. It only works when clicking on the ‘Book now for…’ button. Is that on purpose or a little bug?

When I click on an item, for example ‘Room with View’ or ‘Appartment’, the guest amount is 1 again: http://www.nicdarkthemes.com/themes/hotel/wp/demo/hotel/rooms/room-with-view/
That is a bug in my opinion.
When you press ‘Book now for …’ it does remember the guests: http://www.nicdarkthemes.com/themes/hotel/wp/demo/hotel/booking/ so that is good.
