Hi I have built a website but would like to use the integrity 7 demo home page as just ONE page. If i download it will it change my whole site? Could you send me the homepage as a separate cornerstone template file?

Importing the Integrity 7 demo will override your Theme Options and import the home page as a separate page that won’t remove what you already have. Regretfully we don’t have a way to send it as a separate template. From the Theme Options manager on the Validation screen you could export your current theme options to make a backup. After importing the demo you can restore your backup. The page won’t look exactly like Integrity 7 because your options may be different but at least you’ll have the page to work with.
Hello. We are a creative agency, and we are pitching a client to build their new website. We want to show them 3 mockups, based on this theme. But do we understand correctly that in order to do so we would need to purchase THREE separate ‘regular’ licenses in order to set up 3 demo sites?

What is a staging site?
A staging site is a site for development or in your case demoing the site to a client before pushing it live.
So in order to show a client 3 demos I would need 2 licenses? Or can I set up 3 sites under one license with URLs such as site.com/demo1, site.com/demo2, site.com/demo3?
You can setup as many environments that you need to facilitate your development process. The restriction is that you can only have one production site per license. Our validation system only provides automatic updates to the production site and a single staging site. If you’re ok with those demos not being validated you should be fine.
OK, that sounds great. So I could have 3 separate ‘environments’ using different ‘stacks’ to show client? Does each have its own settings? How do I set that up in wordpress? I don’t need a whole new WP install for each, do I? Thanks!
You can think of Stacks as almost a “theme within a theme.” Similar to WordPress and how you can only have one theme active at a time, you can only have one Stack active at a time, so you would need a separate installation to display different features.

Hi, Our programmer left the company and one of the website he made i believe is using this theme. However when i login to backend it says “This X license is not validated. Fix ” Themeco. When i click fix it leads me to a place to input code. I just need to verify before paying for the theme again, after paid is there any other things i will need to set up or just as simple as keying the code in to reactive ? please help. thanks

Our integration highly modifies the rows and columns so you won’t find the native responsive options but there is an option in VC to disable our integration and use stock visual composer functionality which then will enable you to use that feature.
well that sucks, as I just did that and its ruined all the website now.
why would you remove such a feature?
Let me guess you removed the feature and dont even have a feature within X theme.

I’m interested in this theme but can you embed php/sql queries inside shortcodes? Also can you use this theme for multiple subdomains?

You will need to buy 1 license per website you’re using it on. If you want to alter shortcodes or add php / sql the best course of action would be to edit template files.
Thanks for the quick reply – I’am aware it’s one license per site but how about one site that hosts multiple subdmains you know like “subdomain1.example.com, subdomain2.example.com…etc” – Can all the subdomains share the same theme with one license?

Hi there. I purchased X 4 years ago but haven’t actively used it until now. I renewed the item support, but when I want to activate the license it tells me I have used it before. I know I can change the license website but I cannot login to Apex. I don’t remember the password and non of my emailaddresses are coming back as valid. Registering again is not possible either as the code is already registered. So I’m lost how I can get started! Hope you can help me fix this! Thanks Simone

Thanks for writing in. Our theme can be used to create just about any type of website you can think of. There are many customization options that will help you design what you need. If you’re referring to the license, themes sold on ThemeForest can be used once for each license you purchase.

Hi there. Pre-sales question: If we ever decide to change builders or template, will X Theme keep the data? Worked with another theme before and the pages that were built seemed “locked” to that theme / builder and if we tried to change, we basically had to rebuild the site. TIA.

X includes our Cornerstone page builder with each purchase. This is a plugin that can be used with any theme. If you for some reason need to switch themes you won’t lose your page content.

the revolution slider plugin gave me an alert that it deleted itself because it no longer exists….I understand that I no longer have support but. I have’t done anything and the home page slider just disappeared….http://rothhunting.com/ when i try to use a different plugin such as simple slider the images don’t stay in the column

I’ve not heard of any cases where the plugin would delete itself. You could check the plugins page in your dashboard to see if it is just deactivated.
If your site is validated you can reinstall Revolution Slider from the validation screen at anytime. It’s also included in the zip file that you download from your ThemeForest account.

Just a presale question, I am hosting my images in AWS and I’m just wondering if I will use the classic image element of Cornerstone, will it be able to server the s3 URL of will it serve the wordpress URL of the image? Thank you.
Our image elements don’t reference the WordPress attachment IDs so it will use whatever URL you set on the element. It does let you choose an image from the media library, but that just gives you a helpful way to locate the URL. To ensure you are serving from AWS, you just need to make sure that is configured before you start adding images, or you could use a find/replace tool to update image URLs on existing sites.

Hi guys our site is running using your theme and we used Woocommerce EU VAT https://woocommerce.com/products/eu-vat-number/?_ga=2.45858340.1695344573.1522741765-375171030.1522741765 for customers with valid VAT number to deduct VAT on their checkout.
The problem is, sometimes even if the VAT is valid it doesn’t deduct the VAT. We tried a lot of troubleshooting and found out that the theme is causing the conflict. We tried the EU VAT using the twenty seventeen theme and it works well see it here: http://kiscience2.internet-systems.co.uk while on the other hand when your theme is activated EU VAT doesn’t works sometimes see sample here: http://kisicience.internet-systems.co.uk/

Is it possible with any of the “X” templates to set up the entire website WITHOUT BLOG PAGES? I do not want anything to do with blogging, nor keeping up with it. The purpose of the site would be to showcase articles I have written, plus excerpts from a book I’m working on. A writer’s portfolio would be the best format for me, with different topic categories. (such as vegetables, tea, human anatomy, product reviews, etc.)
Also, can a short video be used as the header image? (from Pixabay) It’s currently working fine in an existing WordPress site.
Additionally, could any of the templates also handle adding videos from speaking engagements, to their respective topic pages? Or perhaps create a separate video area, arranged by topic.

There is no need for any app, if you’ve validated X inside the WordPress dashboard you will receive automatic updates and demo access.
I tried to upload the theme I recently purchased (‘X-The-Theme’), and it seems there is a missing file (“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”). I tried looking through the downloaded files in the .zip folder, but could not find that specified file, so it looks as though that file is indeed missing. Thanks!
