Hi there, I have a site that I’m assisting with that a previous developer created. He’s gone unresponsive so I’m hoping you can help. I will gladly buy support or the theme if I know that the solution is something you guys will assist with. The problem is the revolution slider in the header of the home page is displaying on mobile with a large amount of white space above and below the actual slider. Is that something you guys cover?

1. will the theme compatible with Gutenberg that will be included with WP 5.0? 2. if i finished building the site before WP 5.0 released, will it still look OK after the WP 5.0 released? 3. what’s your plan on WP 5.0 and Gutenberg? i need to know my options

The7 will definitely be compatible with WordPress v.5 and will work the same as it works now.
As for Gutenberg, in our opinion, in terms of features and usability it is not yet comparable with modern page builders. Therefore we will stick to use of WPBakery Page Builder until Gutenberg matures enough to be used for building serious “corporate style” page layouts.

Hi, I use this theme a lot, and I love it! Now I need to make a website with 2 different primary menus and footer. No primary menu for the FrontPage. One primary menu for 3 pages. and an other primary menu for 4 pages. Is that possible to set up easy in the theme? 3 different headers. Or an option to have a menuswapper… I know it is easy to make different footers…

Hi my client wrote me she can’t save a new password for her account. System send her the email to create a new password for the account, but when she wrote a new one, the save button doesn’t work. Hi, thanks for your reply. Actually I deactivated all plugins excluding woocommerce, changed theme with the twenty seventeen and the save button worked properly, it doesn’t work in the my-account woocommerce page when 7theme is active. How can I disable ‘disable=”disabled”’ ?

Hi.
After updating the theme a while ago I keep getting this error when trying to change anything – ”.flex-display is undefined in anonymous-file-0.less” – and the theme won’t update with the new things. Plus some things got messed up as well and it’s just not working anymore.
I know what you’re gonna say, that I should post this on your support system. But my support expired and I don’t see it to be fair that I should pay for something that it’s wrong with the theme.

Hi, thanks guys for the new version! In 6.4.0 release i have seen this point in the changelog: “4. Fixed: FontAwesome icons won’t show up when FontAwesome 4 compatibility is turned on.” Where i can find this option? This will solve issues with ultimate vc addon too?

However there may be other issues with icons (our support is verifying reports) as plugins updates interfere with our code.

Hi, may ı kindly ask an information about the regular Licence that ı want to purchase from Codecanyon. With this licence can ı design only one website or after ı finish one of them’s setup can ı use the licence on another website which is registered on an another domain. I want to learn this cause some sellers allow this but some of then dont allow and ı cant use the licence for more websites and it gives error Code. How is your system?

When using you newest theme version. when browsing contact page with googlemaps on ipad (safari) or iphone both with actual ios and activated “Disable map zoom on mouse wheel scroll” function the safari-app will crash after scrolling over googlemaps, tottaly freezed. safari app must be closed and restarted.
Please note this is not happening with the theme version 6.1.0

It’s really simple: you make backup of you slides (just in case); remove The7 Slider Revolution and install the original version.

2. You don’t need it as The7 handles all theme and plugins updates automatically.
