If a user purchases a business package of 30 ads valid for 356 days, and they also purchase a package of 30 ads valid for one week the user is credited with 60 ads which are valid for 372 days – that’s just ridiculous.

1) Sorry, there isn’t option at this time.
2) We have built in messaging option in our theme. That works almost like chat. You can check it in our demo.
3) Email authentication for the users is available. We are using SMS authentication for mobile number verification only.
