Hi, thanks for reply, you are right, that i can see price range in product detail and correct price in cart or checkout, but when you choose all options(variations) in product detail you should be able to see price for product, that you have chosen above Add to cart button. It wass there, but it has dissappeared…

The simplest and easiest way to see what has gone wrong is to switch back to previous version of WooCommerce which worked fine. If you don’t experience any troubles with old WC version, you should keep it that way.

Thank you for taking interest in Chandelier!
Images are included in theme package and once you import demo content via one-click import tool, you will have all pictures in media library. However, these images can’t be used for commercial purposes and once your website goes live, you’d have to remove demo images and swap them with your own.

Hello Elated…After updating latest wordpress few days ago, suddenly I cannot see the content of the pages. However, the contents are all there, and the website is running fine. When i highlight the contents I can see them..it’s just that everything becomes white, and same color with background.

Please try adding the following line to WordPress .htaccess file:

I installed my own copy of VC so it is up to date, but WooCommerce templates need to be updated – there have been 4 WordPress updates since your last update – just wondering about an update

Regarding the WooCommerce status, it’s a rather usual information. It came out of the WooCommerce latest update and once you imported our demo content, the old WooCommerce demo product templates were pulled and that is causing the information to be displayed.
Fear-not, however. This won’t affect yours or the work of the plugin and the end user won’t experience any difficulties whatsoever. If this really bothers you and you want the message to dissapear forever, you may want to refer to this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/ for a detailed explanation on how to update old template files.

Are you sure? Because there was no update of the template for a long time and last time I updated the WooCommerce it was not working properly. I no longer have support through you and I do not want my sites not to work (I have 3 sites with your template)

We advise all our users to keep on working with current versions of plugins until we release official update for the theme. If everything works fine on your end and on your users’ end, there’s no need to update anything further. You will receive reminder on your email when we launch new theme update, so you can update your copy as well.

I ran into an issue with single portfolio item gallery display. It only seems to work with images of the same size. The moment I include a variety of sizes the layout looks like on this link: http://studio42.pl/dev/portfolio/homestaging/. Would appreciate a tip. Cheers.

This is not up to image sizes, but image orientation. Gallery will work like this if you mix portrait and landscape-oriented images in the same page. This is completely normal and by default. If you wish to achieve some specific layout, please send us the page from our demo presentation and we’ll help you achieve desired look.

I cannot access the visual editor for my website. I am getting an option with visual builder icon but there is no content to edit on any page.

We disabled Visual Composer – Frontend editor in all our themes, reason for that is that some of our shortcodes use advanced JavaScript functionalities, and these elements will not get displayed correctly until you refresh the page after adding them.
You can still enable the Frontend editor by editing one of these two files: wp-content/themes/chandelier/framework/modules/visualcomposer/visual-composer-config.php or wp-content/themes/chandelier/extendvc/extend-vc.php

Please note that WooCommerce 3.3 plugin author removed thumbnail image sizes so you won’t be able to set dimensions anymore but as you can see here: ttps://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/12/11/wc-3-3-image-size-improvements
You can add custom image size as covered here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Customizing-image-sizes-in-3.3 so you can add following code for gallery size inside function which hooks onto after setup theme hook:

) );
