Here’s my message:Hi, Thank you for the site URL! That is a bug of the theme when you're using AJAX Page without the page loader. If the AJAX Page feature is enabled, it changes only the main content when changing to another page, the header banner and footer are still visible while loading the new content. By default, you will have a page loader with white background overlay the whole page so you won't see other content while loading the new page. Thank you for reporting this issue, we will fix it in the next update. In the meantime, you will need to show the page loader to work around this issue.

In the Clients Carousel Settings window, you will need to check the “Loop” option below the “Speed” to enable the infinity loop. If you did but it doesn’t work, try to update the theme and all bundled plugins to see if it works.

I just visited your clients section, everything seems to work fine on my end. It displays the clients logos as infinity loop. I have no idea why the loop doesn’t work on your end. It might be a browser caching issue, try to clear the browser caches to see if it works.
I have tried in several browsers and after having cleaned the caches… Any further assistance please. The carousel was one of the reasons I bought this template…
I’m sorry but I have tried it with several browsers on both Mac and Windows, the carousel displays your logos as infinite loop correctly.
The first logo is AVAAZ.ORG, if you slide the carousel to the last logo, then you will see the logo AVAAZ.ORG again. That means, the Loop feature is working correctly.

However, there is a bug with the Auto Play feature of the carousel in the current version. When you hover on the carousel, it will stop and won’t play the carousel again even you move your mouse out. If you’ve disabled the pagination and navigation of the carousel, you will need to drag on the carousel or logo to slide it first, then the auto play will work again. This issue will be fixed in the next update of the theme.
Yes, the first logos move to the second ones (second batch) and then stop. What I need is that all my logos (20 in total) slide continuously without stopping and then start again automatically whether having the mouse on or not. Please update the theme ASAP. This is extremely important feature! Thanks a lot!
Hello! I have another really important issue with this template. When in Safari, and trying to send an email via the form available for “Contact us”, the e-mail is not sent if you don attach anything. If you do attach a file, the message is sent correctly. Same for error messages. They do not appear in Safari, unless you attach a file. Could you please fix this and make sure that the form works with or without attachment in ALL browsers?
This is not a theme issue but the Contact Form 7 plugin related issue.
This issue has been reported to the author of the Contact Form 7 plugin and he says that it looks like a bug of Safari, as you can see in the links below:

Why is it so difficult to change the navigation menu? I want the menu solid black with white font. THATS IT!!! I don’t want it transparent. I have spent the last hour trying to figure it out. This is a partial theme that requires CSS and backend knowledge. I don’t know how to code and have never had such difficulty with a Wordpress theme. This is supposed to work with Visual Composer. The slide revolution glitches and functions poorly and I’m 2 hours of frustration away from getting my money back. Very hard to customize. I just want to customize the menu section.
When you add or edit the page, you can disable the transparent menu in the Aoraki Options -> Navigation -> Transparent Background on the page edit screen, change the Transparent Background from Enable to Disable. Then change the Foreground Style to Default or Light, you will get a solid black menu with white font. Both of them can be done in the page settings with just a few clicks without coding and of course they are also included in our documentation.
Also, the Slider Revolution plugin is working properly, I have no idea why you think it functions poorly but everything works as it should be.
However, if you are not happy with this theme we will be glad to give you a refund.

First of all, please do not edit any files in the theme folder directly. Updating the theme will replace the whole theme folder, your changes will be lost.
If you’d like to edit any files, please do it via the child theme. This theme includes a child theme (aoraki-child-theme.zip), you can find it in the main download package.

1. That blue box is in the slider, you can edit it in Slider Revolution section on your WordPress admin menu. Edit the Creative Agency slider, select that box and click on a Background tab in the Style section to change the background color and opacity, see more here: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/layer-styles-positioning/#background-advanced
2. When you edit the page, you can change the page title color in the Aoraki Options -> Header -> Text Color at the bottom of the page edit screen.
However, the subtitle of the page will be automatically changed to the same as the color scheme. You can change the theme color scheme in Theme Options -> General -> Color Scheme.
Also, if you’d like to change it to different colors from the color scheme, you will need to add custom CSS below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

I just purchased your theme. Not sure if I installed it properly. There’s no option or button that allows me to edit the theme on the frontend with WP Bakery. Does the VC FrontEnd Editor work with this theme?

This theme includes custom content elements and add-ons, some of them might not work correctly with the frontend editor, we would recommend you to use the Backend Editor instead.
Our demo sites are also built by using the backend editor, it works perfectly and take a shorter time to load the editor.
Can you at least customize the navigation menu and font? I don’t see anything that allows this either.
You can customize the navigation in Theme Options -> Navigation, and change the font in Theme Options -> Typography.
Hi. Can you please share how to change the height of the footer bar? If it requires additional CSS code I would be grateful if you could share that as well.

There are 2 footer sections in this theme.
1. Footer Content area, it’s a section before the footer bar, it displays the footer page there. So, you can edit the row to change the Vertical Padding Size or set the Padding in Design Options tab to change the height of the footer without using additional CSS.
2. Footer Bar, the bar at the bottom of the page. you can add custom CSS below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to increase the height of the footer bar:

I’m having two problems: 1. I’ve added a Team Members section to the About page, but it only shows when viewed from desktop, NOT from mobile. I’ve tried clearing cache and reloading mobile browser, but the Our Team section still doesn’t display on mobile device.
2. I’ve added bios for each team member. When a team member is clicked in the Our Team grid on About page, a lightbox opens displaying team member’s photo and bio. However, if the bio text overflows the visible space, there’s no option to scroll and see the rest. I can still scroll the screen behind the lightbox, but that’s not helpful.
Can you please help me fix these two issues? Thank you!

1. It sounds like the container of that Team Members is disabled (hidden) on mobile. Try to check the column settings, here’s a quick guide:
Edit the About page, then edit the column container of the Team Members. In the Column Settings window, select the Responsive Options tab, uncheck all boxes in the “Hide on device” option to show it on any devices.
2. This issue has been fixed in the recent updates of the theme, you will need to update the theme and all bundled plugins to fix it.
Hello! Can you please tell me how to access and change icons in the footer? I had removed social media icons at one point and I would like to add Instagram now, but I can’t find my way back to where to insert/delete and change the URL for an icon there. Many thanks.

This is a new error message in WordPress 4.9.5.
Here are some of the most common reasons for that error:
1. You selected an incorrect file when trying to upload a theme. If you download the main download package (“All files & documentation”), you will need to extract the zip file first, then install the file called “overlap.zip” inside the folder “WordPress Theme” to your WordPress admin. You can find more details on installing the theme in our documentation.
2. You reached your PHP configuration limit. Please ensure that you’ve increased the PHP limits on your web server to the minimum as follows:max_execution_time = 300 memory_limit = 128M post_max_size = 64M upload_max_filesize = 64M max_input_vars = 5000

I am writing this comment to thank the Aoraki development team. I purchased the theme and I tried to do all by myself as I am the owner of a small business and working on a limited budget. I made a lot of mistakes in the installation process however when I contacted the team their response was AMAZING. 1) The photo gallery on the portfolio always displays squared thumbnails so your photos will be cropped to fit within the grid or gallery layout. There are 2 ways to display the photos without cropping into squared thumbnails:
1. Choose a Vertical layout like this one: https://wydethemes.com/aoraki/portfolio-item/portfolio-4/
2. Add those photos to the Image Gallery element by using WPBakery Page Builder, you can change the Image Size to to “Original” so it won’t crop your photos.
If the Page Builder is not enabled there, you can enable it in WPBakery Page Builder -> Role Manager, in Post types choose “Custom” and select “wyde_portfolio”.
2) The prettyPhoto lightbox plugin will automatically show the picture in the certain size that fits within the height and width of the main container first. If you’d like to see the full size in fullscreen mode, you will need to click on a fullscreen icon in the right top corner. That is what the lightbox plugin works, it doesn’t allow you to show the fullscreen at the first click.
3) Indeed! It’s not good if you have many categories in the filter. We will fix it in the next update. If you’d like you can add custom CSS below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to fix it right now:

4) Apology! It seems like this is a bug of the theme when you’re using a Left Menu and the page header is disabled. Thank you for reporting this issue, we will fix it in the next update. 1) Remove all images from the Gallery Options on the portfolio edit screen because you don’t need them. Click on the Backend Editor button at the top of the text editor to build your portfolio content with the page builder. Add an Image Gallery to the top of the portfolio content. Add images and change the Image Size to “Original”, Gallery Type to “Masonry” and Masonry Layout to “Auto”. So it will display your images without cropping.
4) This issue has been fixed in the latest update so you don’t need to show the page title but will need to update the theme to fix it.
5) The latest update of this theme has been released 18 hours ago.
