If you refer to the shop page, Woocommerce plugin allows you to manage all the settings (like currency) and product information in admin panel -> Woocommerce.

Need help with the User menu. Need to create the login / register / logout / profile in the header, but not being able to do it. In “Theme Options” -> “Global Options” -> Customization -> Header, it should have some options in the “User’s menu area components” ( At least in the manual this section has some options ). But in my case, this section is empty. No options to click…

Hello, thank you for the reply. I’ve just one main question then. I noticed that your theme has two main colors, let’s say, pink and red. That’s what I need because I have two main sections/subjects and I want to use one color for the first one and one color the other one. To translate/edit the form fields, please open the jacqueline.pot file in wp-content/themes/languages directory on FTP in Poedit software.
Click ‘Create New Translation’ in the file and select the language you prefer (make sure the language variation is the same as selected in Settings – General in admin) http://prntscr.com/doe3l0 . With that done the .po file will be generated out of .pot one. Translate the text strings in Poedit software and save the file. As soon as you save this .po file, the .mo file will be generated automatically.
Upload these .po and .mo file to wp-content/themes/languages directory on FTP

The issue is server-related. You most likely have Safe mode or allow_url_fopen = Off in PHP settings or outgoing server requests are forbidden in firewall.
The issue can be solved by adding the following line:
php_value allow_url_fopen On
- to .htaccess file on your FTP
or
allow_url_fopen = On;
- to php.ini or php5.ini file on your FTP.

How do you change the logo on mobile? How do you make the mobile menu fixed? Why is there no option on mobile to set the header above the banner image? On that last question, why do I need to add additional code in the header.php, shouldn’t that be offered out of the box?

The div holding the logo, it covers the menu button. There’s areas of this theme that needs updating big time. Someone on your dev team needs to rethink/rewrite areas of it.

Which theme version do you use? The issues you have mentioned have been fixed in the theme updates.
Please update the theme to the most recent version following the directions below:
1. Make the full site backup.
2. Navigate to wp-content/themes directory on FTP and rename the jacqueline folder to jacqueline123, for example.
3. Then upload the unzipped jacqueline theme from the new theme update package to wp-content/themes directory on FTP.
4. With that done correctly, you should go to Appearance – Themes in admin and should see the new theme version for the parent theme instead of the old one. Please do not click ‘Activate’ in order not to lose the changes. If the old jacqueline theme is renamed on FTP and the new version is uploaded via FTP properly ( see points 2-3 above), you should see the new theme version already activated.
Also, please note that if you use the child theme for your site, make sure to have the child theme backup as well, also please note that if you activate the parent theme instead of the child theme, you will lose all settings. In order to avoid that, please read this article (it is on Invetex theme, so please note that in your case it will be ‘jacqueline’ instead of ‘invetex’ in the code: https://themerex.ticksy.com/article/9476
By default, the logo image is set for both desktop and mobile versions. In order to set the different logo for desktop and mobile versions, some extra customization of the theme source files is required.
