Please add the custom CSS to your child theme’s style.css. Once you’ve added the style to your child theme please make sure you load it by enabling it in Electro > General > Load child theme’s style.css.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Electro is a theme and a theme’s scope is limited to UI only. WooCommerce has a coupon management system but it does not have this dynamic pricing feature.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The feature you are requesting is called “Vendor Management” where different companies called vendors setup accounts and sell their products on your site.

Electro is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all the features of WooCommerce. However “Vendor Management” is not a feature of WooCommerce. There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system.

The theme is compatible with Dokan and WC Vendors, and we provide basic compatibility support. However we do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

The theme plays absolutely no role in the admin panel. WooCommerce does that. Unfortunately you will have to use custom code or third-party plugins to achieve that.

Please there’s a worst problem now. I don’t know whats been edited by the support but my site is completely broken. It was only my single product page that was having issue but now if you check my site its completely broken. footer, header, everything. please help me fix it quickly before I loose all my users.

Note: The problem I complained about is not fixed either. I don’t know what went wrong or you are still working on it but the whole site is messed up now.

Yes, you can make header v2, v3 and v4 sticky. Currently we are working on 2.0 version due release this week which includes more headers and makes v1 sticky as well.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Redux framework is used to manage theme options and it is a stable version. I don’t think redux framework would cause any issues. Error 500 is a common error message. You can find details about the error in your error log which you can send me and I can tell you what exactly is causing the error.
