I seem to have lost images when viewing on mobile devices.
It only seems to be on the homepage.

I have enabled the mobile theme for now as that shows the images fine.
Yes I have disabled all plugins and removed all features from the homepage and the issue is still there.
Any help please as I want the original site as responsive view and not the mobile theme.

The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results. Trouble shoot has done as per previous suggestion is these comments and form. Stills its says the same.

Hi, I added 2 new blocks with td_api_plugin. Why do not I see the blocks added even in the widgets? I need to see the blocks that also add widgets to put them in a sidebar. it’s possible? Thank you

Yes it is possible, You probably did not make the implementation properly. Please follow this guide topic to implement your blocks as widgets properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/registering-custom-widgets/ You need coding skills to use the theme api though. If you do not have coding skills, then I can recommend the new flex block element in the tagdiv composer that allows lots of new features for a block that were not possible in our theme before, and there is no coding required.

Hi Bogdan, will there be a new update for the social counter? 2 counters are not showing up correctly for a longer period of time and I am not able to figure out why: soundcloud hangs at 0, but I got 2 followers and Instagram hangs at 113 but I got 155 followers. the other counters work (facebook not tested as i do not have an account) Any suggestion what to do? Only Facebook and Instagram have issues regarding code modification from their part. Soundcloud should work as expected. Please follow this guide properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Facebook changed their implementation so you will have to generate a new FB key for it to work. As for Instagram, we will fix it in the next theme version. There is a quick fix though if you follow this topic here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-and-instagram-problem/

I am very interested in purchasing your theme.
However After playing with the demo I’m struggling to find a certain option.
I want to make ’ Block 14 ’ my default for everything. I can add it to the front page, but on my archive / category pages I cannot find how to make the posts look like that.
How would I go about making my posts look like Block 14 on my category pages.

Our theme does not have a demo version .
On category pages you can only use modules, not blocks like on static pages. A block is a container made out of one or more modules. On category pages, you use modules directly. Not all modules are available though. The MX modules are not available to be used on category pages. Sorry but our theme does not have an option to change fonts based on the language selected. Yo will have to alter the code a bit in order to make this modification. Hello,
We recently updated the Newspaper theme from version 8.0 to 8.7. However, this had terrible effect on the performance and stability of our server and we had to roll back to 8.0 immediately. Basically, updating the theme causes the CPU usage to go up by almost 300%, accompanied by some unexplainable spikes in memory usage. In matter of minutes, this eventually leads to the server running out of memory and shutting down mysql altogether.
We’ve done our testing in a simulated environment, no plugins activated (only tdComposer), with VERY low load of about 5 users hitting the site every 5 seconds. You can clearly see on the graphs the moment we upgrade to 8.7, the server goes nuts. Nothing else changes at that point except we swap 8.0 for 8.7. We’re running WP 4.9.5.
Unfortunately our support has expired, and I’m not asking you to fix the problem for us, I’d just like to know if any other users have noticed the same thing after updating, or if there’s any preferred way of debugging this? I’ve looked at mysql slow log but found nothing interesting there.

Thank you for choosing our theme. You will have to replace the big grid with a full grid from the elements dropdown as standard big grids cannot go full width. Sorry but our theme does not allow the use of individual category colors on the homepage. All of the category tags will have the same color on pages. The category color only influences the post pages. You cna only change the category color with custom css. The recipes demo has custom css set for different recipe categories. If you need to add different color for different category tags, you need to add an extra class to the blocks in question like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/VdWKtvq36od and then use a custom css code in the theme panel under custom code like this example:

Due to the new implementation made for the tagdiv composer, the color options were not possible on the visual composer anymore as we added lots of new header templates and created color options for each one. Visual composer did not receive this new feature. Visual composer remains as an alternative to the tagdiv composer but it will not receive any new features or any implementation. We have developed our own page builder and we will focus on our own project. Sometimes, as in this case, the new implementation we add to one page builder will conflict with the other page builder.
If you want to use visual composer and change the colors of the title, you will have to use the tagdiv composer until you build your page block elements, and set their colors in the tagdiv composer. Then, if you need to use visual composer afterwards, you can disable the tagdiv composer and add the elements you need from the visual composer last.
