We just installed flatsome with woocommerce wholesale. In the wholesaler plugin you have a couple of shortcode that can be used to wrap content so that only wholesale or regular customers can see the content.

The issue is that inserting these shortcodes forces the visual builder to convert everything between the shortcode begin and end tags to become a text box with each line starting with a

tag and ending with

This makes the visual portion of the editor unusable. My question is:

Is there a way or a shortcode box that we could insert the shortcode to wrap content without breaking the visual editor?

Hello. First of all (if I have not done it before) I want to give you my most sincere congratulations for the theme that is a bomb! I have a lot of builder experience but this beats them all! Really!
I would like to ask you something: I installed Google Tag Manager on the site. GTM works perfectly throughout the site.
I set the “focused” checkout. However it happens that this option completely eliminates the reading of the GTM code (and all the tags inserted in it).
Is there a way to make sure that the theme does not exclude the GTM script? It’s really important this aspect because the focused option is really excellent but at the same time without GTM scripts I’m forced to less “innovative” checkout configurations.

Hi. I put the Follow Icons (social icons) on the top of the header, in the setting of the “Send us email” (Envelope Icon) i put the same email as in wordpress general setting, when I click on that icon nothing happen, please tell me what is wrong.

I’m not sure if this is a bug, or just something that’s been overlooked, but the live search only seems to work properly when typing on a product name.

For example, if I start to type an SKU in to the search box it will only show results if the entire SKU is typed, rather than start showing results after a few characters (yes, I have enabled this in Advanced settings).

Is this normal behaviour?

Is it possible for help please, have searched everywhere and cannot figure out what code is required!

I am trying to make it so the vertical product image thumbnails appear to the right of the main product image rather than the left. I also want the same formatting to apply to mobile and tablets (at the moment the thumbs appear to the left of product image on desktop and then move to bottom on mobile)

I am unsure of the CSS code to do this?

looks like nobody even bother to reply to my comments. I asked the same question again and again about the menu to be fixed but admin doesnt bother to reply and fix the issue.

I have turned off the sticky menu option, so the menu is not sticky anymore but the DROPDOWN is still sticky. if i hove the menu and the dropdown appears, then when i scroll down then the menu bar scroll up but the dropdown sticks to the screen and doesnt scroll up with the menu bar.

can you write my custom css to make the dropdown non sticky. thnx

Hello I am using Flatsome as theme in my page and I found some bugs in the theme that I need help to solve.

1. I have chosen not to show date in my blog but it still shows the date in the single post.

2. In the single post view there shows category of the post on the top. I dont see where I can hide it. I have looked everywhere. Is there any CSS code I can get to hide all category linkes in the blog and post pages?

3. When I look at the page with an iphone the links can not be clicked on. On Android it works but not Iphone. What should I do?

Hi, i see request since the last 4 years to move the Woocommerce Store Wide Notice to the top (silly that they put it at the bottom). Just wondering if that will ever be implemented? I tried a css suggestion from the web but that just plays havoc with the theme overlapping the top bar etc. And in the meantime any solutions? Thanks

Hi, any posibility of hiding the UX Builder tab in WooCommerce Product Editor from non-Admin users? We do not want non-Admin users to access the UX Builder. I believe this can be easily done by way of snippet code placed in theme’s functions.php.
