My php version is 7.00, what are the memory limit requirements and such?
I aready had Eduma running on a older version and today I decided to update it, but it went downhill very very fast…

Hi, I am interested in this theme but wanted to know if its possible to onboard affiliates to sell my courses? I think LearnPress doesn’t allow it natively, but if I sell my courses through Woocommerce route, would it be possible to use AffiliateWP or any third part affiliate service?

Hi im using eduma Edtech theme on our web site if i open 5 or 6 tbs by clicking in a short period server Physical Memory Usage goes high and it gives internal server error (500). if i rename plugin folder then server Physical Memory Usage will goes down and site will show again

I saw an user before, like you, he had the 500 issue. The hosting cannot find the reason why, neither do we. Then he changed the hosting and everything works fine.
i cant ask them to change hosting right now because they have to pay for that and if this isn’t work i will getting to big trouble

I apologize for having to say this, and I really don’t want to have to do this because I like your theme, but if you won’t respond to me and won’t help me to get it working on this most basic level without 500 errors all the time, then our launch tomorrow will fail, I will lose my job, the company itself will be in jeopardy and your theme will have caused us material financial and repetitional damage for which my boss will probably seek damages. My boss has no mercy, and in addition to firing me, I’m sure he will sue you as well for not following through on your contractual support obligations.

You can use Divi actually, but some custom functions will not available for this builder

You can consider using SiteOrigin Page Builder. This one is good too.

Hi Guys, unfortunately i am getting nowhere with this. I just want to understand what is possible and its been dragging for a few weeks now with very little communication. Basically one of the main reason I got your theme was because of the ticketing system. However it quite often just doesn’t work properly and it has been frustrating especially if it is a free event. I have been trying to resolve this but not making much progress.
When we post on social media or link in an email for people to come to our website to book for an event. They need to log in/ register. When they register or log in they get redirected to the homepage OR a strange page which says “YOU NEED TO GO HOME”. Is it possible that they get redirected to the event page that they were initially on?
The problem is that people are getting lost on the website and basically thinking they are booked or not booking at all.
There are other issues, but I think lets do this 1 issue at a time with this.

Hi there my apologies. I have cleared out cache etc and tried again and it seems to be working when you login.
However, is there any way to do it after the “register for account” ? So if you go to the event page…. https://www.traderstextbook.co.za/events/basic-chart-analysis/ You click Logon, and if you don’t have an account you need to register. After you register, it takes you to a page that says GO CHECK YOUR EMAIL. https://www.traderstextbook.co.za/account/?result=registeredTo basically complete the registration, but here once they complete this it just takes them to home page. Any way that it somehow gets back to the original event?? Even if on the page that says go check your email, or click here to go to the previous page.

I think it wasn’t adding it to the cart anymore because it was in preview mode. Once I actually made the event live and published it, it started adding the event to the cart again. My apologies. Before pushing this out to a number of different businesses I want to ensure it is working properly.
On the homepage, when you scroll down and see events, all the events are there. At the moment there should be 3 to 4 events displaying but on the events page I am only seeing 1.

We are getting very little support at the moment and this problem has been persisting for a long time now. Half the issue is the very disjointed responses we are getting. Likewise, An event I threw on Tuesday evening has ended but it is still showing on the events page and the new upcoming events are not showing.
We keep paying for support and frankly I believe my support should be extended for free based on the amount of time it takes to get responses from you guys on a number of issue at the moment.
I really am trying to resolve 3 things on the events page.
1. I want to know if it is possible to return to the individual EVENT once you have REGISTERED for our website, so that the client doesn’t get lost. If they already have a login, this works fine. HOWEVER, if someone comes to our event via a link and they REGISTER using facebook for instance, is it possible to keep them on the same event?
2. New events are not being added to the events pages. I see them on the homepage events list, but not on the events page itself. On the homepage if you click “view more” it is not being displayed.
3. Events that have expired are still showing. So like I mentioned an event happened on TUESDAY night and it is now thursday but it is still showing on the events page.
The reason for my concern is that I have some rather important companies that are going to be using our events page so that there clients can book tickets for their events through us and frankly we are just going to look rubbish. This something that we have been working hard on for quite sometime and now that it is actually happening and we have convinced them to give us a try its going to fall over.
We need support or at least be able to speak to someone regarding what is possible and what is not possible.

Hello can you please let me know if you have these features – clients have these requirements:
- Must be timed courses: each Quiz is 50 min; students cannot go ahead faster; they cannot open more windows for other classes at the same time. (I know the windows is hard, but Im pasting what he sent us)
- Students can go back pages, but while going back, the time stops
- Tests: mult. choice, if they choose wrong a window opens and tells them it is the wrong choice and they can choose again, until they get the right choice. Therefore, all get 100%
- When they complete the time, after the test, the website will save data and send the client a notification. The student names, and all data needed on the DACS form (name, address, CPO number, etc.) will be populated and emailed to the student, leaving a copy to the client. (They will get the DACS form right away after they complete it all.) The website will record starting, ending time and dates and keep a record of all classes taken.
Can you please let me know if you are able to do this and if not, how much would icost to customize it like this, and if there is anything that you would not be able to do? Thanks a lot.

Hi! I like the theme and would like to use the Classic University Demo for my coaching class which is going to offer offline classroom education. Thus, many elements like pricing, reviews, students number etc are not relevant to my use. Further, I need instructors to appear on the main page like the “EduTech” demo of your theme which is not present in “Classic University”. Can I have the instructors on the main page in “Classic University”. Further, I don’t wish to associate instructors with course. Thus, do not wish the course to show up teacher’s name and profile link therein which appears in the course detail page besides the course name. Can I remove that?
