After designing a site with this theme, I find it has good design ideas for a team, especially if you follow the demo designs. But I find layout options lacking for more customization compared to other premium themes.
For example, an icon header you can not change the color, size or placement of the icon in Page Builder. Icon lists do not show the actual icon at all. There are also built in margin/padding settings that can interrupt div placements.
This is a great theme if you want to pretty much copy the demo site layouts, but it has a long way to go as for as customization, hopefully we see these additions during future updates.
