Hi, i need some help with a visual composer problem. I have a hosting in godaddy, and when i install wordpress app, for default it have a kind of visual composer called Beaver Builder Plugin. I’m trying to deactivate this plug and use the bakery composer, but it doesn’t work, any idea how can i activate it?

Thank you for choosing Bridge. All demos are built on same theme, only different options were used. Since only one demo can exist if you want to combine different demos, it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try different demos. In this way you can see which options we used and you can reproduce that on your live page.

We are trying to update to the latest version of Bridge but Wordpress keeps telling us that the version available from Themeforest (“themeforest-7315054-bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme”) has “no valid plugins found”. Is the link correct for 14.4?

We are still unable to install the update from 20/04 (tried this morning – installation “failed”) and now our website is not loading products properly. We have managed to complete all the updates, however images within our products no longer load, and component choices now just say continually “loading”. This is not an issue to do with any changes we have made – it was working last week. Please can you advise on how to fix. We don’t need Qode support.

We have deactivated cache plugins and emptied cache but this is still an issue. We have not done any development so it is frustrating to require support when we have not changed anything – really appreciate your help in fixing this.

Thank you for taking interest in our Bridge theme.
WordPress 5 will continue to use custom meta options, so all theme options will stay intact. Regarding new editor, it will work on posts and pages, but off course if users want same look and feel like in theme demos, Visual Composer is preferred and required page builder, and other themes with custom page builders will continue to use them. New editor is great improvement but it cannot replace features and functionality of custom page builders offered from different plugin authors.

Thanks! But I actually meant is there a way to embed an Instagram post INTO the portfolio project? As in, use the “embed” code on an Instagram post and somehow place that into the portfolio? I know this can be done with visual composer, but am trying to do it without using that program.

Thank you! But when I do that, it appears below “ABOUT THIS PROJECT” title. And if I do it with my current theme, which has all the “ABOUT” to the side, it appears to the side under the copy. I can email you screenshots, but am just trying to embed an Instagram post into the portfolio, like I would an image.
Along with that, I’d like to have copy under certain images so that you see an image, then copy (Ex: “Email #1) and that copy links out. And if that doesn’t work, I don’t mind if the image itself is just linkable, but I wouldn’t want all images to be linkable, only certain ones. Is this possible?
