Hi: I´m frustrated because I couldn´t activate properly Visual Composer. It supposed that is incuded in the purchase of the theme. Does your theme works with WpBakery Page Builder? The main reazon regardless design I bought it because it supposed include Visual Composer and doesn´t work because isues of activation I guess. Please tell me what I should do? Thanks

1) You don’t need to activate any premium plugins that comes bundled with the theme. They come under a special extended license that allows Theme authors to include them in the themes. More information can be found from this article on our Support portal.

One of the differences between bundled and standalone plugins is that bundled plugins can only be used with Crane theme, and do not come with their own individual purchase code that allows you to receive premium support/features from the individual plugin author. That means premium features like Premium sliders templates and Addons in Revolution Slider are not available when you buy a theme that bundles the plugins.

I imported the demo content and it did not import in all of the WPBakery plugins. It is asking me to activate the $45 WPBakery license. Please advise.
Premium plugins such as WPBakery Page Builder come bundled with the theme. That means you don’t need to activate them and a support will be provided by our team. However since they are bundled with the theme they can only be used with Crane theme, and do not come with their own individual purchase code that allows you to receive premium support/features from the individual plugin author.
That means these features are not available when you buy a theme that bundles the plugins, to get them you must buy such plugins separately which gives you their individual purchase code.
P.S. If you need help with building pages through WPBakery page builder feel free to ask any questions. There is no specific layouts in Templates library that can’t be done manually.

Hello, we have another issues with our new website..
When you go to – wbhotels.cz The icon of the website is still Crane though i changed it in menu.
Also.. Where can i find setting for the button which transfer you back to top of the website ? Currently there is just black box and i cant find anywhere where to change it.
Last question is… if you open our website – wbhotels.cz on smartphones.. The button menu is not there ? All i can see is the logo of the crane in left corner.. Where exactly i can change that and also show the menu ? In groovy menu settings there is no option to set our menu..

1) Which icon do you mean? Logo in the header is yours. You need change a favicon image? Then pease go to “Crane theme > Theme options > General settings > Site Icon” and add your logo (icon) there
2) You can change a color for arrow inside dark rectangle here “Crane theme > Theme options > Color styles > Primary color.
If you need to change rectangle color you need to add a CSS custom code, we don’t have a setting for change this color now. But we can add in next release.

Your crane theme is crashing my wordpress install each time I load it. Doing wordpress load with default themes works fine. It fails after the acivate button is pressed. Load actually works. Wordpress version is 4.9.5. Please advise. I have changed the .ini settings of PHP to allow longer time to load and larger file size loads. This did not help. Thanks

Easy question I hope. I am using the “Dark Footer 4 Columns” (ended up changing to 3). Could you please tell me where to find the controls to change the color of the dividers between the blog categories (second column)? Right now they are such a dark gray that I can barely see them.

Perfect! Thank you! I do have another unrelated question: right now on my front page (www.elisabethcraster.com), the “show more” button remains a stubborn gray with a green hover color. I have changed the settings in the Portfolio archive settings, and I’ve even tried to turn on infinite scrolling so that this button doesn’t appear at all, but it remains the default colors. I’m wondering what might be overriding the portfolio settings? When I pulled up the Inspect Element menu it tells me that the button’s color code is set in RGB.

Worth noting, I originally set this page to “no pagination” and yet the button remained. Trying to figure out what I’m missing, but the documentation only talks about pagination and the scrolling buttons for the portfolio and search pages, so I’m a bit lost.
