Description, Additional Information and Reviews are the default Tabs of Woocommerce and you can change the name or hide those three tabs by using simple snippet Woocommerce provided. Yes dear you are right I have tested it and it works same as you said.

On mobile version when you tap on mini cart icon it pops up and when you again tap on it to close the popup it will not until you tap on any other section.

It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

OR

That is the cache problem, The best practice is when you are in development mode then disable all the cache plugins on your site and server too and remove site and server cache then finally check your site after removing the browser cache. hope your issue will solve if not then contact us through our support system so we will check and solve it for you.

There is not an issue on both of the screenshots.

The screenshot having the Testimonial section has wide width layout and the site screenshot on which you have deleted the testimonial section has the boc layout that is why both are showing differently.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of the number of clients, license works with the number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

1. Sorry to say that but there is no option in the Theme Options to show the year of the post you can do it by customization.

2. You can set external URL/ Link embedded in a Post by editing that post and write the link to Post Options: http://prntscr.com/j9satm and then select the Format to Link from right sidebar: http://prntscr.com/j9sbd2 then check your site it will work for you but you are right it will work without the Featured Image and I am forwarding this to our development team to look after it.

3. There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

1- Featured Image Link Hi, sir. I have done several researches about the best premium WP themes available on the market and in some of them your theme, Porto, appears. The thing is that ALL of those themes, except PORTO, have the functionality of the link of the “Featured Image”.

It’s something super obvious that any user in the world when sees an image will, not only think, but will assume or will be completely sure that by clicking on it, it will take him (or her) to the related post or page. So, I don’t understand how something so obvious be missing in your excellent theme.

2- WPBakery – Page Builder (Aka Visual Composer) As I told you before, it’s very annoying to se this message every time I open the WP Dashboard or move to any page on it…

“Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.”

Again, as I purchased your theme, I am not supposed to be receiving this message.

3- How can I disable or remove the “Read more” on the blog or latest posts page? As a professional theme that Porto is, it MUST have a solution that with a mouse click you can enable or disable it. Please don’t tell me that the solution is by touching the PHP code.

P.S. The 4 topics that I have talked to you about are elements that if your team work and correct them, will make your product a lot better. So, please, consider your answer in that way.
