Thanks for your great theme.
I have an issue and need help to fix that. I am using Flip Boxes and chose “None” for all flip options as you can see in this screenshot: http://jmp.sh/CFj3BbT
But boxes are still flipping, even I didn’t add backend contents for those boxes.

Please let me know if there is something that I am missing or how to fix this issue?

Hi,
The option shown in the screenshot is for the flip box icons and this will not prevent the flip-boxes from flipping. Making the flip boxes prevent from flipping will need either some custom CSS or custom code. I would suggest you to please have a look at the ‘content box’ element. This can offer a similar layout structure

1) Avada uses the default WordPress search feature. The search results would be based on keywords. If you keywords include the any car details, it will show up the car details in the search result. This will include search results from all post types (not just woocomerce). The Avada theme however allows to select search result just from woocommerce, screenshot here

2) Yes, We can have a contact form in the modal. You can see an example of this in our architecture demo here. Please scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Get in touch” page

Hi, want to ask, can the Avada theme 1 license to use on 1 domain (in english) & 1 subdomain (in chinese)? Basically all products & services are all the same.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

why did you deactivate my revolution slider?

I do remember enabling it but it must have been not enabled due to some other plugins you had, sometimes when you enable the bulk plugins this can happn my apologies regarding that and for any more issues please do communicate with us using the ticket as comments are meant for presale queries only.

hello Ammar,
just to let you know that you had disable nearly all my plugins and not enable them again.
so when i enable them again i got the same problem fusion builder stopped working. so i narrowed it down to Yoast Seo plugin causing the problem.
fusion builder is not compatible with Yaost Seo.
any news for yoast compatible?

Page Title Bar Background Image Please replace them with locally-imported files from your media-library

If you go to your theme option, you would see a warning on the top that does that the page title bar is picking up an image from a remote location. This means the title bar background is coming from a media file which is not on your server. Screenshot here
To remove this title bar background, please do so by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Theme options > Page title bar. Scroll down to the background section Screenshot here
Please remove the title image and save theme options

Hey! big kudos for an outstanding theme! I have just left 5 star for you guys even though you deserve 7 star
I have used it on many sites over time and I don’t really need support just need some quick advice. My client loves Avada too and wants to use it for his main site but his additional requirement is to offer a web directory like yellow pages. My client is insisting to integrate avada with listingpro for the directory.
I am not sure if that’s even possible. I really want to use avada but still want to be able to use listingpro for just the directory piece of the puzzle. Please kindly advice if it can be used as a plugin or child theme. Just search listingpro on envato and you will find it. I wasn’t sure if I am allowed to share the direct link here or not. If you can’t find it I can direct message you as well as my support expired

Thank you for your kind words, we sincerely appreciate that. There really is no way of combining two different themes into one, unfortunately. You will either need to use a 3rd party plugin with Avada to provide that additional functionality or using a niche theme designed for that purpose only.

Hey MB,
Thank you so much for your prompt response. I had seen your response but wasn’t able to get back earlier. I was also talking to listingpro team and googling to figure out an alternative and guess what I was finally able to sort this out. I realize how stupid I am that I can just use Avada on the primary domain and have the directory on a sub-domain so this way there is no conflict I am really sorry for the trouble. Thank you so much again for your time.
BTW when I was googling Avada and ListingPro I found this interesting article how listingpro compliments Avada.
Hope someone in the same boat might find this helpful.
