What is the difference between Newspaper and Newsmag exactly?
Also, I need to migrate over 1500 blog posts. These have been published via WP’s standard editor, so not a page builder.
This works well with your product, right? I can just import them all as posts?

No import is needed. Our themes were built to work with the default WordPress implementation for posts, categories, tags and other templates except for pages. Pages in our theme will need to be re-created using the tagdiv composer page builder.

Four times tried to install your thems, and now just try some free and installs them without a problem. During installation via FTP and WordPress this free without a problem and activate the turn, and your theme when you install the web when trying to include what we expel from the site functions. It is possible that a bag of some components. I wrote on a forum or there for 2 years no one supports. Before buying I have already written to me like your thems. 28 April I took it and buy it and now I can not install a great irony for me. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

The rending now block can be edited when editing the page in the tagdiv composer. It is called a news ticker element. It seems it’s only two post format that it is newspaper. Is there no room for image post type and other post options?

Indeed our themes only use 2 post formats. A standard and video post format. Sorry but there is no simple way to activate other post formats.

Hi, been using Newspaper on a multisite install for several years now, works great but with the latest update (8.7.3) I have some issues on one of the sites when using tD Composer. Some lines of css or something (td_etc_etc?) are visible on the left side bar (depending on module). I could send a screenshot if it helps. But all works fine, except those small “bugs”. When quitting tD Composer I still have to answer click Yes/No like before. Not so on the main site. Have reinstalle theme twice just to be sure.
Please ignore the above. Cleared the Cache (ie) and voilà, all is well. Thanks

As i show you in this screen shot. I have done it right like in your tutorial. But the pagination is still not shown and the rest of my article AFTER i put the ‘next page’ is MISSING.

Hi, I have tried to activate multi purpose plugin, but immediately after activation there is a fatal error 6256 on the file td-multi-purpose.php The site crashes, and the only way to fix is to remove the plugin with Filezilla by FTP connection… please help me to fix.

I suggest you to make a new fresh install to another sub domain for testing via FTP way, remove all of untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that our Multi Purpose plugin has been fully tested and should works as expected, without any problem.

Hi there! Just two quick (I hope) doubts.
1) I’ve activated the speed booster plugin, but it’s incompatible with 3/4 plugins I have and they are essential to me. With that said, where can I find the files (name of folder) to edit the head section? I have to put some JS and CSS in the bottom manualy, since I can’t use the speed booster.
2) Also, I’ve added the line line at the end of functions() to compress the images, but I keep getting a low score in image compression. Any idea? I did a regenerate to the thumbnails but it’s the same.

1)The speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that they add many plugins and some of the them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. If you want to always enable speed booster, delete this code from speed booster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh 2)Sorry but if this code does not work you should try another way for optimize your images. Thanks for the reply. Ok, I was just searching for an alternative of speed booster. I already checked a ton of newspaper files to see if I could move the import of some CSS to the bottom but couldn’t find nothing. I’m not an expert eheh Also, I use tinypng for all the images, but for some reason it’s not good enough for google when it’s resized in the homepage blocks :/ Just one quick question: the function to compress images it’s “add_filter( ‘jpeg_quality’” this means that only works with jpg? Thank you so much for the update. The only thing left is the homepage sidebar not sticking as I scroll down leaving a white/blank area on the side bar making it look empty as user scrolls down.

Due to new EU Law, there will be a lot of issues with google fonts, is there any option, to deactivate google fonts completly? I uploaded the open san files on my server and can use your awesome menu to use them, but the page still loads the google fonts. How could I stop it?

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to disable the google fonts loading, sorry! You should edit the theme core files in order to achieve something like this. The problem is, even if you follow this advice, ... the theme still connect to the google api, even if it’s not loading any files.
So there is no option to easly avoid loading google fonts, or connect to their server.
Under this conditions the theme dosn’t work with the new gdpr … guess I’ve to replace it.

We will be making the proper modification for the GDPR law. For the moment there are no settings in our theme to remove google fonts. We will add this setting in the new theme update which will provide the needed functionality for the new requirements of the new law.

Hello, i installed the theme in one domain for testing. Now, I would like to move the finished website (theme, no content) to the other domain name. Should i need an other license? I read above that if it is for testing purpose it is not necessary. What should i do? To download all the theme from themeforest or to copy paste via ftp the files from the old domain name?

There’s no problem with the license if it will be used only for a project. Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. I suggest you make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data. Also, I suggest you use the WP Duplicator plugin is your want to migrate it to another domain.
