Hi, I’m trying to change the mobile breakpoint for just the header. The slider text on the homepage goes up into the header as the screen shrinks and I would like to set it to go to the mobile menu at 1170px. Also, this was purchased on my clients account. Any Ideas?

Hi! An a pre-sale question. I’m about to run a hostel with your theme, and would like to know if with your theme I can manage it like a Hotel Management System. Basically if a receptionist can login to a wp site and manage all bookings, without having access to pages and system settings. Thanks.
You can set a lower level of access to just the booking system, I’m not 100% what that lover level includes access to but the calendar system has a space to assign a user to a calendar. It should work for you. Also, our theme works with virtually any booking system that you want to use, as long as it works with WordPress, it should work with our theme If you run into any issues, just let us know. We have amazing support.

We bundle WPBS as a solution but if you are interested in using WooCommerce Booking + Accommodations I think that is a great plugin and it works well with Bellevue.

Hi, just a pre-purchase query. When using this lovely theme, is it necessary I download and install Child theme, and is that easy to do. Also is the booking system easy to use, or does it need customizing?

Child theme – Yes, it’s always a good choice to use it, there is no negative and you can always use it to make customizations to the theme files without actually editing the theme core files.
Sorry, that’s a little more complicated. If you want to start over with a new demo, I would recommend using a plugin like WordPress Reset (clears the database) to wipe your install clean and start with a fresh install.

You need to set the height first, save changes , then re-upload your logo. The theme will automatically resize it for you.

folder permissions look good, tried on wp 4.9.5 and 4.8. nothing in elementor, no themes or templates.

the installer runs its course and sdays all is ok but no themes get installed.. PLugins get installed and thats it. the rest is empty. website shows dark color top and bottom with bellvue logo but just hello post like standard wodrpress. This would be my 20th worpress install with themes from themeforest… never had this before

In Spain each customer pays 0.45€ x night so if there are two customers in one room I have to have the option of charging two taxes 4.Allow having two prices for each room. I mean double use of each room. I have 6 double rooms in the hotel. Each one have two prices 1 is for single booking 95€ and the other option is double 110€ 5.Backend of the system has to allow me to send invoices totally customable. 6.Sync with airBnB and Booking.

Oh my apologies, rereading your comment now, I see that you are using a different theme (not ours) but you are looking to switch to Bellevue.

Yes, we have a split day setting, you can adjust this in the admin. Customer sets check-in and check-out day and then you can set the last day as a split day, allowing someone else to check in on that date.

We use WooCommerce, so anything that WooCommerce supports, you can use. https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/

You can setup a unique product and price, but you need to display the calendar twice on the page to make it work. The price is tied in with the form which is tied into the wooCommerce product. So if someone is booking a single booking they would use a Calendar and Form #1 if they are using the double option they would use Calendar and Form #2. Easy to do. The calendar would be the same but the forms are unique. We explain it here:

We offer one way sync and an export but not import. If you want two way sync, our theme works well with VR Calendar sold on Code Canyon.
Having said all of that, our theme works with most Booking Systems because it’s using WordPress. So you can use our bundled software or use something else, the theme looks great and works well. We’ve seen others use VR Calendar, PinPoint and also WooCommerce Accommodation + Booking System, also many others.

Hi, This looks absolutely beautiful theme, one question before I buy and my search is over, is it possible to have a checkout page immediately after Room Reservation is done, rather than manually Adding it to Cart. Currently user gets a message after pressing the BOOK button: “Thank you. To secure your space please use our secure checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to you.”. and he/she has to press Add to Cart Button.
Than you. You can go directly to the checkout once the button is clicked but at this time the user must click on the add to cart button. You can also change the text for add to cart if that helps.

Hello! Thanks for letting us know. Are you hosted with GoDaddy? They have a very low limit to the files size that you can upload. I think it’s capped at 2MB. I found this article: https://ca.godaddy.com/help/php-upload-limits-on-shared-hosting-1475
You can also contact your website host and ask them to increase this limit. They should be able to do that for you free of charge
when displaying properties it seems to be limited to just 15? I have 17 in one category, but only 15 are shown.

Sorry, the slider is the only widget where we can’t support parallax because of the jquery already used by Flex. You can try setting the background attachment setting to fixed. Kinda faux parallax.

What do you think if we offer SAAS booking platform for multi vendor without multi site environment.
Maybe under “vendor” post type then every business owner manage their services.. Vendor 1: toys, vendor 2: clothing, vendor 3: camera, etc..
As we know they will probably choose their different models, same day or range days, difference currency, location, etc..
Since we really don’t know how the booking engine will work each other for multi vendor on the one installation or maybe possible but using special add on.. Whether your team can make this happen with new “plugin” as supporting?
Btw based on your Embark Theme present for same day booking and Bellevue Theme for range of days booking, can we mixing two booking models and running well or we must choose one?
