Hello, I bought the theme few days ago. Today I install theme and try to import settings and data too. Everything seems works fine, but in homepage I saw the nd shortcode instead the booking engine and room slide like:

Even after the theme demo import I cannot get the theme to replicate what I see in your demo. After I started a ticket it took 2 days until you tried to resolve it and it is not resolved. The fonts, footers, layouts are all different from the demo and it’s partly why I bought the theme so it’s really disappointing.

Hello, I bought Hotel booking Theme.
I found this Theme suitable for the needs of my client.
But I have a problem with ND Booking Plugin.
I want to adjust specific percentages according to the age of the guest.
For example: if the guest is under 7 years old, there will be no charge. If it is 7 to 12 then he/she will pay 30% of the room value.
Is this possible to implement?

I have tried to submit a ticket in your support forum but despite registering and filling in a ticket I cannot submit it. I have filled all the required fields but it says I have not.
So far I’m not overly impressed with the theme!
I’m having a problem importing the theme options using the theme import/export in the admin. I’ve chosen the Chalet theme and copied all the text in all three .txt files using text editor but when I paste it into the import settings box I get the following error: “Empty textarea, please paste your export options.”
I have imported the sliders and the .xml file without a problem. Is it possible to send me an .xml file with the Chalet theme options as the rest of the theme is useless without the options?

Hello there! Is there anyway that you could build into the theme functionality for longterm stay rules?
So for example you have exceptions at the moment for different pricing structures at different times of the year, but the functionality it lacks is the ability to give discount over certain time frames.
So for example 20% off when you stay 7 nights+ or 50% discount when you stay over 31 days. This can be then set to work for either or/both exceptions and normal days of rate.
It’s a functionality that is 100% needed in order to be successful.
