Hi, Nice theme and good overall functionalities. Some pre-sale concerns, I would appreciate for your time and answers. I would like to know that is it possible for visitor/customer to buy/rent property online by using credit card/debit card. For instance, like any other digital product if I would like to facilitate my customers to pay online through their credit card and once they complete the payment that particular property should not available to other people.

Hello, pre sales questions please:
1 – Can any developer customize the theme (not set it up, I mean customize it)? I want to make sure the core structure is not so fixed that only someone with prior knowledge about it can modify it and/or that changes will be hard to maintain with future updates.
2 – I’m going to install an Ad Manager plugin to display or hide ads based on URL parameters and want to know if theme comes with classic search option (URLs changing with page reload at search) or only Ajax.
3 – Theme displays user and search engine friendly URLs? AKA pretty permalinks (/listings/keyword/city) versus ugly permalinks (/listings/ct_keyword&ct_city)
4 – Theme lets add own dependencies (like Country – State)? If so child options aren’t displayed until visitor first chooses one option of the parent field or always displayed?

Hi there, I’m not a developer (and a non-native-english-speaker) so I hope I express correctly:
PRE-SALES QUESTION 1
I want to place a clickable header (my own ad) in the categories, subcategories, locations and tags taxonomy search results pages. As an example I want to promote an ebook about being a good tenant when people browse For Rent properties results, and to promote an ebook about moving dos and don’ts when people browse For Sale properties results. Please consider that by header I am not referring to the default image WP lets assign to categories, cause those images are not clickable.
My guess is that in order to do that what I need is the search function to load the taxonomy page (which I will need to build with the WPBakery plugin bundled with the theme in order to have my custom header) so when user hits “search” they will be redirected to the taxonomy results page, cause the “new” URL will be loaded instead of just refreshing the search results inside of the same page/URL, and they will see the different headers I made for each category/subcategory/location/tag page they land on.
So the first question is: am I totally lost here or indeed I will be able to do that?

2.A – Can I add my own custom fields in the property page? I’ll use the same “template” for every property, but I want to know if it’s kinda premade template (you can show these an these fields on your properties) or if I can customize it as I wish (nothing crazy, just having the freedom to decide which fields can I use/display or not (like video, image gallery, map, and data in the form of just text, bullets and so).
2.B – I assume that custom fields (like amenities displayed simply as text) won’t be filterable, and only custom fields that I set as tags will then be displayed as search filter options, am I right?

ok. Thats a real let down as I’ll need to now find another theme. I noticed in your instructions you state ‘BEYOT has been integrated Essential Real Estate plugin to suit the needs of any REAL ESTATE website.’ Maybe you should change for ‘basic real estate sites’ instead of ‘any’. Most real estates sell a mix of commercial and residential, so this is probably important so you are not misleading people.
