Hello, I just installed your theme but it doesn’t show any of my products, only shows whatever you have as default. In your documentation, it says “Note: After install demo, you still need config to show product because some section need product or banner or collections so you need choose it again.” I’m not sure what this means or how to do it as there were no instructions on how to do so. Please help thank you.

Can you recommend the best app to use with the Basel theme that allows further product customisation e.g. Personalised T-Shirt (I want the customer to enter the word they want on the t-shirt or for the customer to upload a file). I have tried some of the Shopify apps like Infinite Options by ShopPad & Product Customizer but they don’t seem to be compatible with the Basel theme. Many thanks.

Hi, I have a few questions before purchasing the theme as follows:

1. From reading the other comments, it seems like the filters are based on tags. Can the following be achieved with customisation? - Size; we have Size as Option1 Name - Color; we have Color as Option2 Name - Price; can it be based directly from the Variant Price

2. Ajax Search Bar: Does the search includes SKU search? if it doesn’t can it be customised to include SKU?

3. Can we show the selected variant SKU on the product page?

4. Our product images are square; On your demo page, the thumbnail image on collection page and image on product page is rectangular. Is there any setting to change them to square?

1, if i can create additional tab that is unique to a specific product? 2, can the tab support HTML and multiple videos (youtube links) ? 3, can the tab options stick to the top when scrolling down?

Hi Sorry for annoying posts last question as I believe this can be helpful for others as well. When uploading a product and variants. We uplod default image and variant images. But the image that pops up first when you open product is the first variant not the default. How can we make it so when opening product it is the default picture that shows first not variant image.
