When trying to install plugins i get get an error saying it couldn’t resolve hostname which also means im unable to use the demo content installer

I have bought this theme few years ago. But now only I have a chance to work on it . However when I try to use it some plugins are not usable. asking me to activate it. What should I do ? I already paid for the theme . As I understood all the plugins are FOC which are included in the theme. Please advice.

I bought this theme 2014. support already expired. But I have purchased the theme with its plugins. why I cant use them ?
Go to themeforest account. download classiads.
and update your theme and then install theme and plugins. Plugins are included with the theme. We recently change plugins directory that is why it is happening.

“Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” and “AccessPress Social Login”
Always asking me to update and activate. but nothing happens. Always it is going back to its general state.

We haven’t used “Ultimate addons for visual composer” in the theme it is only complimentary we are providing. You don’t need to activate it.
For access press make sure you have delete from the plugins then go to WP > appearance > Install plugins
install and activate it from here.
what about Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder. it keep asking me to activate it . what should i do ?
activation notification is from plugin author, if you need support from plugin author then you have to purchase a separate license for this plugin otherwise just ignore the notification

Update is available please download new file from themeforest and replace theme file with previous one then try to install plugins by going to appearance -> install plugins

Hi some presale questions, we want to build a business directory for 16 cities. 1) Is auto-location triggers automatically without visitor clicking anything? 2) Can we have featured listings on the home page for each city, so a visitor from california sees featured listings from california only, and a person from houston sees featured listings from houston only? is there any way to do it? Since our houston visitors are not interested in viewing listings from other city. 3) How many maximum number of featured listings can we have on the home page? 4) Is there a limit on how many listings we can create on your site? Can we have a listing site of 100,000 listings on it?
Hi Thank you for your interest, 1) No, user must have to allow his location by accepting geo location notification, its required by google as well as GDPR 2) yes you can but to show location wise as per visiter location, some customization required, 3) you can show any number of featured listings, 4) you can post any number of listings on your site there is no limit
Do you offer customization for city specific featured listings, and can we manually pickup the featured listings? How much would it cost to have this customization. Thanks

1- Search job offers with filters (like city, salary, category, etc)
2- candidate profile to upload resume(cv)
3- candidate can add jobs to favorites/bookmarks and see it on their profile
4- candidate can apply or contact to offered jobs
5- employeers can upload job offers
6- employeers can saw resumes of candidates
7- candidates and employeers can use private messages
8- when candidate or employeers create profile can choose different plans with pricing that each includes different options (only 1 job publishing, 2 jobs, unlimited, etc, only see, upload 1 resume, apply jobs…)
9- I need any extra plugin to buy or any extra fee ?

bumpup/raiseup listing is not like that, a bumpup listing will shiift at top of all listings and after that will goes down whenever a new listing posted.
I have submitted a ticket concerning changing of icons for the categories but haven’t received response yet and has been a few days.. The icons that come up for categories I do not like. When I attempt to add an svg icon it will not appear. Is it possible that I can get a response to my ticket as to the proper procedure of adding svg icons to categories ? Thank you
