Hi, i’ve purchased the theme and installed it successfully. But one thing i notice is the WP Bakery Page Builder plugin supplied from Mikado is the old version (5.4.7), how can we update the plugin since it was supplied with the theme? The latest update is 5.5.4 which few cycle ahead and had a lot of improvements. Please help. Thank you.

I love the look of this theme but it seems really slow to load. Can you explain why its slow. Your main homepage takes between 8 – 11 seconds to load. https://gtmetrix.com/reports/evently.mikado-themes.com/wcaRD38V This is quite a concern. can you speed this up?
I have actually analysed all event sites and feel that this is the best one, but slow site speed is stopping me from doing this. If you can fix site speed issues then I will be happy to purchase. If not then I guess it is really poorly coded. Please let me know. Thanks

Please note that we haven’t optimized our demo site speed-wise, because we wanted to show all the possible features our theme offers – so there’s a lot of content. Our support team tests the site of each user on request, and provides individual tips for improvement. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage, etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance.

This is a pre-order question. I have two events—one on the East Coast, the other on the West Coast. I need to be able to archive the one event before adding new content for the second event. Are speaker and single event entries managed via the blog or a portfolio-style feature? Can you walk me through how I might archive an event?

Thank you for your interest in Evently! Events are created and managed using the Event post type. I’m not sure what you mean by archiving an event, but you can delete the “event hours” for an event if you don’t want it to show up on the calendar: https://www.screencast.com/t/RTLdqjNT0rk2 .

We haven’t tested our theme with Gutenberg yet, and we can’t say if it will work as expected. So we suggest using the classic editor. We will implement compatibility with Gutenberg in a future theme update.

Hi there, the theme has a great design and it works fine (I had to upload it via ftp which run smoothly), thank you! I imported the demo and as I work with it – I’m not a webdesigner – I begin to understand the logic behind it, I find it neatly packed, love it!
I have one question though: since this is a multi-page theme, is it possibe a section from one page to be imported exactly as it shows up in another page? For example I want to move the blue section with the graphic elements from the “Web Seminar” page to the “Design Conference” page. Thank you!

Custom JS code doesn’t work properly. I have inserted Google Analytics code in custom JS Code. It is shown in the head section but GA doesn’t get it. Tested with Real Time GA tracking and not pings. Is there something blocking it?

The Timetable functionality is not satisfactory. Mikado has added some undocumented shortcodes, and the demo timetable cannot be produced from the import. Their support says to check the Timetable Responsive Schedule plugin documentation which documents how the plugin would work if you bought it, not the version that Mikado has included. So now to get this functionality, I’ll have to purchase that plugin when I was promised it was included.

We moved our site from one host to the other and now having an issue with either your theme or the mokado core plugin. If I disable either one, i can edit my posts and pages. But, if both are active, I get 404 error when trying to edit my posts and pages. Everything else went perfect during migration. Same domain name too, just a new host.

Hi before i would buy the theme I have a questions? I saw that the last update of the theme was in september 2017. In your provided log file you wrote that you updated the WPBakery Page Builder to Version 5.3. Is this the latest provide version. Because a newer version of the Slider Revolution is available.
