Downgrade LearnPress – Paid Membership Pro Integration to Version: 2.3.1
Please, I updated the theme to the latest version (3.0), but did not do a backup of the plugins, now my profile page is a mess!

1 – I have an issue with Eduma. When a new user register, He is randomly (or sort of) classified in Client or Subscriber. Sometimes new user register without buying and I find them as client.
2 – When a new client buy a course, I want that he has to complete more than email & password. I want him to give me name, last name, address, etc.

Hi , support needed, seems there are a few issues with this theme.
When a new user selects to take a course they are given the log in/register screen – the user registered but isn’t take to the course they wished to complete. They now they just get a blank accounts page – please support?

Regarding the questions about invoice and acceptance letter, after users purchase the course, they will get a detailed order email only, not have the acceptance letter. And when they enroll & finish the course, they will receive a notification email.

I got into a little issue with evaluation of courses. Even though I have selected the option to assessed the course based on Quiz result, it keeps showing 67% progress after passing the quiz. Once you have passed the quiz, the course progress should be 100%
I have tried all options related Assessment based on Quiz however all options shows same pattern. Pls see attached images

thanks for the reply. I will renew support today but just to confirm, I didnt complete the course. I simply went to quiz without viewing any slides. So the behaviour of assessement has to do anything with this?
