We been using your theme a new of years now and still happy with it 
We are wanting to upgrade the site to the new version now so i have migrated a copy of the site to another domain and installed it on there however certain functionality does not work e.g. it doesnt allow to change the header preset…
Kindly advise how i can get this resolved.

Hello, every year I renew my Flatsome account but now I see a serious problem, yoast SEO shows many errors because the flatsome pages only show code, how can this be solved?

___________________________ When you are paginating (/page/3/, /page/4/....) the paginated links which are going to the first page are:
domain.com/category/page/1/
These are not the correct links, the correct links are:
domain.com/category/
So links as
domain.com/category/page/1/
are causing a lot of redirections from all paginations of the site…
(domain.com/category/page/1/ -> domian.com/category)How can it be solved? Thank you!

I saved the permalink again. Nothing changes. The situation is not just about woocommerce, I have the same situation on the blog pages. When I put the mouse on the first page of the category it show my url with blog-category/page/1 but it is redirected to base category url. This situation triggers the redirect warning I was talking about. It happens the same on the other pages of the blog.

You said it is a problem because of woocommerce and wp but I checked on another theme that has integrated woo (alterna) and this situation does not exist there. page 1 of the category page is just the store page, does not redirect (page1 to the store page). Is not, however, a flatsome bug? Thank you!

I am very found of this theme and would like to use it on several websites. Is it possible to buy bundle licenses for a discounted price? Like 5 licenses for the price of 4? Or 10 for the price of 2

I tried to solve this via ticket but your service employee does not seem to understand very well and i don’t have time to explain to him how flickity works and what the difference between ‘lazy loading’ and ‘images loaded’ is. You use flickity for that main image. The flickity container is not properly resized to it’s height. If the image is not loaded properly before the flickity’s layout function is called, this can be the result. This happens on my site as well. It usually happens 1 out of 5 times I open a product. I guess using “images loaded” would solve that problem. It’s a script by Desandro, the same guy who wrote flickity. It addresses these kind of problems, since it calls the layout again after alle images have been loaded. Here is a link https://imagesloaded.desandro.com/.

Great theme, for some reason I was getting shaking, wobbling in editor I editor.css
Put zero 0px in shadow in editor.css this fixed it.

I planned to build another site with flatsome but it needs something that I am not sure how to do or if flatsome can do , I may need to go the Avada route – which although a great theme I find very bloated.
Anyway the thing I need to do is to use image boxes that when hovered over and clicked can pop up a lightbox. The site is for floorings – ie Oak Floor, Maple wood florring, etc – different wood types. So I plan to use image boxes – rows or 4 across and I need that when the visitor hovers over the 300 * 300 imagebox they have the option to pop up a lighbox with the High res image of the woodgrain. If flatsome can do this even if you need to send me some custom js then i will go the flatsome route and get another license to build this new site, that is my prererred option, Thanks Steve

Yes, you can use your existing license on a new site. Please delete the old license code from the old site and activate it on the new site.

First of all, we love your theme we have been using it nearly for 3 years for our ecommerce site. It has served its purpose.
I have a few questions. We are trying to increase the speed of the mobile version in google speed insights for a few weeks. We have tried the suggestions that you have written in your documentation for speeding up the site also most of the suggestions on the internet, we couldn’t get it higher past 75/100 for mobile. We have tried all the caching plugins (W3 Total Cache, Fastest Cache, litespeed), tried minifying css&js, optimized the images, got a better hosting, lazy load etc.
At the end we found out that if we remove the slider, we get really good scores. So we tried to asynch/defer the loading of the js of the slider.
However, if we defer or asynch the js of slider, it just never loads. Also, the other blocks don’t load too.
So do you have any suggestions how we can get past this problem? Can you suggest a code getting past this?
Or do you have an alternative slider than ux slider that can solve this problem?

As we didn’t get any reply. We tried different methods for increasing the mobile speed of the site.
We found a solution to this by using other slider plugins (tried 3 different sliders which greatly increased (about 20 points) the mobile speed score for google insights) with your theme and removing the block just after the slider. However, for now (if we find any other way) we don’t want to change the slider as it may have an effect on seo.
Do you have any suggestions that we can increase the speed of loading of the ux slider (most probably it should asynch/defer JS for slider)? Or any other suggestions for using ux slider and increasing the mobile speed of the site?
