If you’re trying to change the source of a background to be an external source, such a daily/weekly featured image from unsplash, you’d need to switch into the classic editor mode, and then manually add that URL as the source: https://imgur.com/a/DqIQPrt

Can you check your Salient options panel > typography > navigation & page header at the “Navigation Dropdown Font” and verify that you don’t have a very low value set for the line height?

It was set at .5 not sure why? I don’t remember changing it, but it must have been me. Anyway, thanks!

Try either removing the animation set on the button itself and just leave the one set on the parent column, or remove the parent column animation and animate the elements inside of it individually. Safari is known to have weird hiccups like this when you started nesting animations inside of each other

The non sticky version simply displays the classic mobile menu, if you enable the sticky option you’ll be using the off canvas navigation, which can be configured in the Salient options panel > header navigation > off canvas navigation tab. There is indeed options to select the dropdown behavior and styling

However, I’ve added the fix for this into the current beta now where the video BGs have the muted attribute by default. The pictures that are used in the legacy demos (over 2 years old) don’t include the stock images and instead use place holders. This is because we used premium image sources that don’t allow distribution based on their licensing but have since moved to unsplash.com images only. The current version of Salient already includes the latest WPBakery page builder (5.4.7), the part in the docs referring to the Visual Composer Update Info.txt file is outdated – I just fixed it in regards. In the future, you’ll receive updates to the page builder when you update Salient, as we include them as part of our updates.

Hey Marvin0892, this isn’t possible as of now because the iconsmind icons are not included as single svg files like the linea library, which they would need to be in order to have that effect. The linea svg files are located in the salient/css/fonts/svg directory

1. There’s no way to easily make the footer expand the full width out of the box with css alone like the secondary header, this would require a mod to the footer.php as of now

2. The secondary header doesn’t make use of the button styling option as of now as the main nav does given the much smaller space available
