I’ve gone through all the installation steps and all I’m seeing are shortcode everywhere. This is also on top of the fact the download did not come with Visual Composer (WP baker) activation and I had to purchase this

I have tried to register on support but, could not complete as I have not received an email. Therefore you have left me no choice but to post my query here. I purchased the Theme because I liked the simplicity of it, however the whole installation process would have been much easier if the documentation was written a little better. Now my query is the example (revolutionary slider) slides you supplied for the demo particularly slide 3 used on this demo home page http://www.nicdarkthemes.com/themes/charity/wp/demo/ is not the same. Can you please send me a copy of the exact demo slide used as I like the slide parallax breaking effects.

I have to let you know that I always do custom work for my clients. So I do not use theme demo. I’ve already purchased here and perfectly achieve projects including ecommerce or real estate membership websites resquesting only just for little support. But I’ve never faced such problems in this marketplace

the install instructions are really out of date. you should check and update them. even the images don’t work not to mention some of the install notes you say!
also header 2 has no transparent background even if on the settings there is one

Hi there. I really liked your theme. Several questions: 1) The registration in demo is disabled. Does it work after purchase? 2) Can users submit their causes by themselves? 3) I can see only 1 picture in all cause variations. Can I have a gallery in cause page? I would like to put img/videos. 4) Is it possible to create Updates section for cause page to inform donors about important news re cause (also put img/pdf/videos in updates) 5) I noticed demo pages had scroll issues (very slow FPS during scroll). Are you aware of it?
