Like the others buyers @Wag1970 and @cmswraps I can’t import any of the Flatsome Studio elements. I click “import” and it just shows 0% and never imports : it always freezes at 0%. Could you help me with that ? Do they find a solution ?

Sliders working only on desktop version, even after reinstall and even on new installations, do you guys know about that?

How i can report a bugs? any contact option send me to the page that says my support was end, i really like your theme and job, but i think the support should be more visible and easy to get. I don׳t need to pay more money to report bugs, right?

We are wanting to upgrade the site to the new version now so i have migrated a copy of the site to another domain and installed it on there however certain functionality does not work e.g. it doesnt allow to change the header preset…

Hello, every year I renew my Flatsome account but now I see a serious problem, yoast SEO shows many errors because the flatsome pages only show code, how can this be solved?

___________________________  When you are paginating (/page/3/, /page/4/....) the paginated links which are going to the first page are:

domain.com/category/page/1/

These are not the correct links, the correct links are:

domain.com/category/

So links as

domain.com/category/page/1/

are causing a lot of redirections from all paginations of the site…

does anyone have issue moving text boxing around? When i grab something to move with my mouse the hand turns into a fist but then nothing. It stays like that until i refresh. Can’t really move anything around in the ux editor.
