Hello. I work with webdesign in EU, and now GDPR is a big issue when it comes to our clients that are ranging between major and minor companies. I went through much of your documentation, but didn’t get any information about GDPR and if your theme(s) will have issues with it. Including the plugins for twitter and instagram in your theme.
In other words, I want to know: Are you getting any kind of information from websites through your themes? Are they forwarded to second or third parties?

This is because you downloaded demo content on your side before you installed secured certificate. Our logo on your side area loads because it pulls all demo images from our server when you import demo content. As I said before, please remove this image from your media library, or remove it from Appearance > Widgets > Side Area.

We are constantly working on theme updates according to number of requests, plugin versions, and support for latest WooCommerce. Baker theme will work with latest Woo and it only lacks latest Visual Composer plugin so it is not scheduled for update yet, but it will be in a month or so.
Regarding site speed, it can be enhanced with some caching plugin. You can try WP fastest cache or W3 total cache, and for some general tips you can contact our support at https://edge.ticksy.com/

Hi I want to buy this theme but therefor I have one question: on the ‘shop’ page (overview of all the products) you have the option to add a product to your card but there is not an option to fill in the quantity you like of the product, for example 4, this option is only available on the detail page of the product. Is it possible to add the quantity option to the products on the overview page of all the products?

Such an option doesn’t exist in any of our themes. There’s no need to spam users with more information on product lists, besides price and image. If a customer is interested in buying your product, he will enter to see the details before purchasing. He will then see quantity field and select how many items of the same kind will he purchase.

Is there a possibility to add this option through custom code? Because for the website I want to make it is a very important option. There will be customers who would like 10 pieces of 1 product and want to add these 10 very simply and quickly without going to the detail page first, this would save a lot of valuable time.

We’re not sure what do you mean ‘read from a file’, but our portfolio items work in that way so you can insert media library images to your portfolio and have them displayed in certain layout. Perhaps that amount of images pulled from media library can be heavy to load on a certain page. As far as the categories are concerned, you may create as many as you like and display them all at the same time, or filter portfolio items by categories.

This is because text for menu items is longer and that header type is limited with space. You should be able to resolve this by replacing 12px with 8px so you can use same code just reduce padding.

Please upload smaller image for your logo. Currently it’s 512×188px which is too large for divided header type to handle. Reduce logo size by half and get back to us if the problem persists.
