I tried to add a new thread to your support forum but it won’t let me, it says : You cannot create new topics. It may because your support license is expire, or you haven’t bought this themes yet
But.. I did buy this theme and I have 3 more months of support, and I have a purchase code that is shown in your support forum info. So I don’t know why I can’t post a support question.
Issues:
– I recently installed version 2, however, I noticed the child theme is still 1.0.0 – is there an update to that? Can I get a link if so?
– I’m not able to change the logo in the customizer now for some reason. The loading icon just keeps going but the page never updates – so I’m stuck with whatever logo comes with the default theme. Is there a fix for this?
– Also, I noticed the home layouts for the themes are gone – they don’t show up in the list, and if they do they’re blank.

1. child themes is not updated and not suppose to be updated because it contain your change. so it will still version 1.0.0. change from us should only written from themes package.
2. yes we have issue on it. we have change on version 2.1.2 that we will push this week. if you need it now, you can contact us from our profile page.
3. may i know which home layout do you mean? i don’t recall we have element named as home layout on our themes.

3. By home layouts, I mean the default layout option pages for ALL themes. These are in all theme navigations under HOME and called “Home Layout 1”, “Home Layout 2”, etc. When I go to assign a static page, those Home Layout pages are not listed, so I can’t use the home page design shown in the demos.

I would install a demo to try it and once I selected a homepage I changed the title. For some reason, when I switched to a new design, it deleted the layout pages. Is there any way to get it back?
Also, I updated all of my plug ins. Is there a way to reset things, or to manually change the logo?? Thanks
hi gigih83, yes if you remove the demo, the page will also removed. to make it easier to install page, you can install it on your local. and copy on your production server once you finish designing your page.

Yes, same issue with the logo, it’s still not loading. Another section not loading is the color customizer. Should I just revert to 1.0?

hi gigih, which one is your site? koglow? if that so, its because of some conflict on plugin.
i see some plugin add additional string on your ajax response. my suggestion, to disable the plugin except that included with jnews, and try to enable one by one so you know which plugin that cause this issue.

Just purchased your theme and after playing with it for couple for hours I can tell for a fact that your theme has the worst google ad placement settings 
I’m literally disappointed after spending $50 on it.
Please improve the ad placement, may be you’ll take a clue from “Publisher ad plugin” and how they’ve implemented ad placement

Moreover I realized that there is no way to import settings from localhost to client sites, I mean are you serious ? in 2018 you don’t have basic features of importing/exporting settings and no place to add code in header footer ? One needs to use custom hooks to place google analytics and google adsense code after spending $50 on your theme ? is that for real ?

1. honestly, themes panel (like other themes have) is so outdate. WordPress it self push themes author to use themes panel. you won’t see any live change on admin panel like other people have (we have it and people love to use it). you should familiarize your self more with customizer. i believe you will change your mind.
import & exporting is easy piece of cake on customizer, it is already available from 3 years ago. https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/
2. i don’t see any single person who complain with our google ads placement. you the first ,and congratulation. i don’t know where ads placement you need. becase we have BUNCH of them. on widget, on page builder, inside post, on header, on footer (you can even create your own footer design) and literally everywhere you can put ads.
on version 3, we will have much flexible single post format. and with it you can put ads on single post everywhere
we have work with real person who use this themes with about million page view. and they never complain about ads placement. if you can give us hint where we can make it better, we are very grateful.

Yes I’ve to use a 3rd party plugins to import / export settings, where as good themes which cost $50 have built in function to do that, can you find the difference ?
And you smartly ignored the question of header footer code, because your theme doesn’t have a dedicated settings to implement various code in the header or footer section of the theme and that’s why you chicken out and I’ve to use custom wordpress hooks to implement header footer code. For example If I want to verify my adsense account then I’ve to use custom wordpress hooks to place that code in header and footer because your theme doesn’t have that option.

Please install “WordPress Popular Posts” plugin and then navigate to Setting > WordPress Popular Posts > click tab “Tools” and scroll to bottom there is button “Clear all data” to clear the views data. Also, be sure to reset the Initial Counter value in the customizer.

I bought a long time ago but I did not use it. I worked a lot on my very advanced portal (45 plugins, tens of thousands of articles) and I did not have time to change the theme. In the end, I changed. I am shocked. It’s the best. I have removed half of the plugs – they are no longer needed, everything works as it should. Great, precise, smart work!
One note – not everywhere, for example in the article loop, you can not place the ad as a shortcode. In some countries, Google has rates that better use my own ads. In addition, for example, in the article loop we set, for example, an advertisement after the 4th article. It shows, but there should be more than once and every four articles. Only this note and one more – comments shown after clicking the button. Useful when automatically loading the next post.

hi nusquama, we are not really suggest you to use template 5 for single post on autoload. it may behave strangely. but if you wish to test it, you can go to your wordpress plugin, find folder named as “jnews-auto-load-post” and find file named as jnews-auto-load-post.php. on line 204, you can change it to

You could ask here and for further assistance, kindly post to dedicated Support Forum. Regarding your issue, if you install “JNews – Auto Load Next Post” plugin you need to change the layout from customizer > JNews : Single Post Option > Auto Load Scroll Post Option.

To achieve that you may need to do some changes in there. Because at the moment we don’t have that option on the mobile navigation. In this case , you will need to insert additional element under the mobile menu for your additional mobile menu.
