Any idea when you are planning on getting the next update out ? I can’t go live with this theme if registering users are greeted by a WordPress logo in emails…social logins doesn’t work for me…With all the features you guys seem to have I would have thought you atleast would have offered your own email templates

Hello, I have two questions:
1) Regarding the sub category can I add sub categories as I I want in each main category? FOR EXAMPLE (vehicles main category I want to add all types of cars in subcategory so each model will be seperated and when the client chose the car model all that vehicles model will appear separatly and real estate main category I will add each type of property type in seperate sub category and separate page.
2) Can I have two language in my theme (Arabic and english) So it will be up to the client to chose the language to surf in my website theme , most of my clients will use Arabic language.

yes you can have only listing packages and add pricing plan on home page

Can visitors search by custom fields?

4) yes the user can purchase a package of listings but each listing will be lost according to duration allowed in that listing level if one listing is expired and the buyer has the listing option in the purchased plan he/she can renew listing from remaining listing. the package will not expire until he/she has a remaining listing.

When one ads has no image. Make up to it make a default image instead.
please set default thumbnail image by going to listing settings -> listings -> logo settings
When a new user registers and receives an email from the classifieds website – the user sees the wordpress logo but not a customized email from website. Does this theme not offer a more customized email notification solution other than showing the registered user a wordpress logo ?
seems I may have rated this theme highly way too early..I am seeing quite a few issues now ..One major issue is definitely email notifications that do not seem to be customized with our theme but sent by wordpress..That is definitely not going to work

there is no working contact form… only send message when logon, regardless of the chosen option in the backend
also even though its set to require registration … that is not the case when Posting a Listing, I didn’t put the email address (it says that if blank, the email of the account will be used). That apparently wasn’t the case as the posting didn’t go through and there was no message about missing email address. Is there a way to remove that field and just make mandatory email field? or actually make it work…as mandatory field

Please keep in mind you are not the only person a support person has to respond, our support timing is clearly mentioned, even support team is responding you after the support timing. it’s 1:41 am here our support timing is 11 am to 8 pm +5GMT and our response time is up to 2 working days.

I can easily do that with woocommerce (already have a working plugin for kent). Is it possible to connect the payment feature of the classifieds to woocomerce payment?
