I like your theme and its function. But I really have problem with creating page with your page builder system. It’s really confusing. I hope I can write what I a getting confuse. But there are too many of them to start with. Do you have a manual on how the overall logic of your page builder and you theme works? Like how is it structured. Which type of setting should be done on which level?

Here are some example of issues i am facing

- How to customize things based on screen. E.g. I selected text box width for 50% on desktop. But I want it to be 100% on mobile. How can I do so?

- Can I add custom css on each page?

- Why font get smaller on mobile screen even I selected the same size as desktop on the theme option?

- Can I save an Option or a design as template and use with other page?

There are more problem, but these are some that I can think of now.

Hi, I want to use “Homepage Control” plugin and In order for the feature to work, your theme must be calling the homepage action hook where homepage controls will be displayed. This does mean that as long as the homepage action hook is called properly, homepage controls can be displayed anywhere.

I will ask again, since the comments posted 5 days ago are being ignored support queue. I have an issue. If a person is not logged (guest) and adds items, and then checks the cart, the cart will be empty. 1) we dont have cache plugins, I also asked the hosting tech support + this issue only happens to guest unlogged users. 2) I tested this cloning the site elsewhere, and just changing the template to another, and issue was gone. So, I have tried different solutions, plugins, change in code, and updating to the latest version of the template (except the one from yesterday). Can you please help my client to fix this issue? I kow my support is expired, but it is some $ investment and would be not nice if you tell me you cannot help me after I have paid. Let me know what can I do to have this fixed. Thanks.

after the latest Woocommerce update the Wide Gallery template of the Product Page has an issue: the first image is displayed correctly but the second and third images got displayed together at smaller sizes.

Can you please let me know if it’s a known issue or if that could be just linked to my installation.

“Product order by option for live search” Why not apply that the the search result page as well ???? Automatic update cart is not working to me by the way, it let all the product at one unit…

Attempting to SEARCH PRODUCT TAGS: “Allow searching by product tags in live search”

It’s ticked like the SKU box is ticked, searching by SKU is fine, brings up live popdown, however searching by product tag doesn’t show them.
