I read the install guide document,it’s said that PHP version 7.0 or greater,MySQL version 5.6 or greater and HTTPS support is required,but my environment is centos 7,php version is 5.4.16 and mysql version is 5.5.56-MariaDB.My software version can’t be change(denpend by other stuff),is there an older version enfold suit my environment?Thanks

I am managing a website for a client, and they happen to have the Enfold theme enabled. We don’t have access to the themeforest account, but we have the API key. We are trying to update from 3.0.3 to the 4.0 branch of Enfold, but it times out every-time. We have increased the maximum execution time on the server and it is still timing out before the max execution time has elapsed. I am assuming it’s just not possible to update from 3 to 4 from the UI. We would just grab a new version of Enfold, but we do not have access to the themeforest account. I can’t sign up on the Enfold support forums because you need a purchase key which we do not have access to. How can we move forward on updating Enfold from the 3.0 branch to the 4.0 branch? Thanks

Hi, about the new GDPR function, there is an unclear aspect and that can create many problems. Enfold provides some shortcodes (Mailchimp, Analytics, etc), but if my site uses the Pixel Facebook tracking code (script that can be inserted in the Google Services section), how to enable this module so that the user can or not disable monitoring? I can not find documentation on this.
