After updating theme with new version .I am not able to edit menu on that page 404 error is showing. Please help me out why so.

How can you view a students profile as an Administrator without asking the student for their username and password? We need this for technical support on students accounts.
Under Users, there is a View option with a link to www.website.com/author/username – but this only redirects to the homepage.

I want to set up two different pricing levels (month and year), which default page I should use for this? I have seen that there is a page “membership levels” for this, isn´t it? But it shows me only the shortcode [pmpro_account].

Hi, I am unable to change menu font size and color. It changes in the live view but doesn’t actually save. I’ve checked the PHP memory size is 128 as in a previous comment. Tried different browsers and cleaning cache but the font colors stay the same. http://35.176.223.172. Hoping I can get just this solved without having to pay for more support as i’ve just expired.

Was getting an error that this couldn’t be written too.. /var/sites/m/madswansea.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/tc_stylesheets. If that helps with someone else?

i am using your theme from couples of months for my college. all functions are properly. I am very thankful to Thimpress to create such a beautiful theme
Now i getting stuck in one option and that is very necessary as i am launching online courses. the issue is i want some alphabets like get price on call in payment price option in adding courses. the plugin doesn’t allow that, it only allow numeric figures. How can i do that. Basically i want both option numeric as well as alphabets. Kindly help me.

I have a solution in this case. You can consider adding Offline Payments addon for LearnPress https://wordpress.org/plugins/learnpress-offline-payment/.
So users can pay online or send an offline payment request to access the course.
It seems the only solution right now.
Hey guys, bought the theme last year, but it wasn’t until this week I started uploading some test videos to LP lessons. The issue is that with WordPress’s built-in video embed, the videos are not responsive on the page. Did you guys at Thimpress define a css class to make videos automatically scale size of the post/page so as to be responsive?

Is there any code/way/plugin to limit the acess of the courses if someone buy it to 30 days? My client wants do limit the acess to 30 days.

For example, if a person buys the course, I want to limit their access (for that course) for 30 days, and after 30 days, they would have to enter their account and buy the course again if they wish to continue. In case it would be by normal WooCommerce, without system of membership. Is it possible for that addon you indicated?

Instructor Commission not existing in instructor Dashboard 2. course progress always 0 even their is a progress 3. after student press PLACE ORDER for a course it’s going to loop 4. their are many outdates templates in Woocomerece Ken now we spent 1 full year and can’t go live due to continues issues, hope solve it before your weekend
