I looked at the last Flatsome theme into your site but I noticed a issue. You can see it in the link here (atama.bg/tc.png) for reference.

It is connected to the new GDPR functionality.

When you click on “terms & conditions” link above the Place order button (1) the entire content of Privacy Page opens in a small area (2) which makes the text unreadable. Is there an option to make that link open in a blank page or in a lightbox popup?

And my next question – where can I translate the link “terms & conditions *” (1) and the error message (3) “You must accept our Terms & Conditions”?

My flatsome search bar is not working its only rounding … Its work when i enter .. My settings is alright for live search in advanced theme option ? I am very upset

all of the sudden, the images on the single product pae are cut in half, we do not use lazy loading or any other caching plugin.

after the latest Woocommerce update the Wide Gallery template of the Product Page has an issue: the first image is displayed correctly but the second and third images got displayed together at smaller sizes.

-> I’ve checked and the behaviour is the same on all the products template: the first image is OK the other images are small like thumbnails… Hope I could explain let me know if you need a screenshot.

Can you please let me know if it’s a known issue or if that could be just linked to my installation.

I just updated my site to the newest version and the sticky header doesn’t work, the site is brand new and only have dummy contents and the recommended plugins that the theme asked to install. I did uncheck and re-checked the sticky box but there’s no luck. Is there a recently bug I have not aware of?

I’m currently debugging a password reset bug.

On both the “Account Details” page and the Password Reset flow, once the user begins to type a new password, the “Save” submit button becomes disabled and greyed out. Even if the password is strong and the two input fields are exactly duplicated of one another.

Where should I start looking to debug? I notice the CSS changes to a “disabled” version of the button once anything is typed in the field.

Hi. I remember ‘Pin It’ hover buttons on images used to work with flatsome. I had used one plugin. It stopped working. Now i have tried other plugins too and none of them display Pin It.
