ohhh my!!! Any other theme in themeforest give hints in this platform. It is easier and faster for us. kindly advise via this platform it takes 48 hours on your platform to take a back or a small guide for any question. You guys should work harder on this support. it is a great robust theme… but support takes forever and not efficient at all

Hi! I would like to know how can i delete something on the header area, i tried deleting header widgets but it still appears, also i can´t change the main color that is a kind of green ( on the header area when i hover over the menu options.) Please navigate to Mikado Options > Header > Header > Top Bar and put No. Also, please check the settings on your page under Mikado Header, to make sure the Top Bar isn’t enabled there.

I have changed the theme activation and visual page builder works perfect so it is a theme issue that cause the editor enable. could please help?
I have done this:
and it takes forever to be able to do anything.. so not even able to make changes ether doing this:
enable it by navigating to wp-content/themes/mediclinic/framework/modules/visualcomposer/visual-composer-config.php and in that file finding the following piece of code: if(function_exists(‘vc_disable_frontend’)){vc_disable_frontend();} and either removing or commenting it out. To disable the Frontend view again you just need to uncomment or return this code.

If you’re referring to this image gallery: http://mediclinic.mikado-themes.com/elements/image-gallery/ the shortcode doesn’t come with the option of turning on titles, but you could create this effect manually by adding text shortcodes underneath the images.
Our theme is fully translatable and is compatible with the WPML plugin.

We just purchased this theme and have had nothing but problems. We can’t save anything in wpbakery page builder and we have tried to disable all other plugins but still doesn’t work. Looks like the version you bundled is not WP 4.9 compatible possibly. Also I tried to submit a private ticket but of course this theme was not listed for some reason so it kept blocking our ticket submittal.

I want to custom development for my shop, i want to display my products as packages, therefore customer can choose like 1month, 3 months, 4 months, etc.. and price will change (This view will be in shop page) the months will be a variation i create already, meanwhile theres only 1 button name add to cart, i want 2 add to cart and read more. in the shop page i want the order to be by steps, step one login, step 2 choose package, step 3 fill the questionnaire, step 4 billing and payments, step 5 confirm purchase.

If you are referring to sub menu items which are not visible https://www.screencast.com/t/4G5ZWe6oXcYl that is because sticky mobile menu is integrated, but most users won’t have that amount of menu items, but if you plan to have that much items this can be adjusted with some css code, but extending menu height, adding scroll or removing sticky functionality.
