Do you know if there is a way to remove “More Projects Box” on projects pages ? There is an option to “Hide More Posts Box” for posts ; but not for projects. Thanks in advance.

To update the theme please log in to your Envato account and download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as dance-studio/dance-studio). We recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “dance-studio-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins in case it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated. Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

Hi I really like this theme, it is well designed and easy to use.

- Is there any update coming for GPDR compliance ?
- I have an issue with contact form, it is working but when I receive an email from the contact form ( Form Builder ), it says “Example – email@example.com” in the sender section. How can I change that ?

Hello I can unfortunately with the Timetable Plugin find no times that I can select. Or is there a possibility to enter the times differently.

After you import demo content there is a need to set the event hours on your events: http://www.screencast.com/t/1HCtyeqFj1x . After that they will be displayed in the Timetable. The matter is that the Timetable plugin doesn’t allow to import the hours so there is a need to set the manually. Appreciate your understanding.

Hi… On some of my Projects I have changed the Format to Gallery rather than standard. On the those Projects the images appear fine… but when you scroll over them and click one of the plus symbol that appear, you get to a load screen but the selected image never show up larger- just the grayed out screen. Do I have some settings incorrect?
Alternatively, if I leave it in Standard Format, is there a way to change the Slide Template under Revolution Slider Options? Right now it indicates “default” only… but I can’t find where to change the default. Sorry!

Please make sure that you add the email address to the Contact form shortcode settings while editing the page with the form.
Don’t forget to add all the fields you used to your Message Composer, as shown on the example screenshot. Just click on all the fields you used save changes. Then message received when contact form is submitted, will include the entered information.
In a case the issue remains actual please contact your hosting provider to find out if the mailing option functions properly for your site. If the mailing option is turned on and functions correctly we kindly advise you to use Contact Form 7 plugin. Our Contact Form uses POP3 or SMTP protocol and the plugin we mentioned – another protocol of sending messages. Some servers do not support our protocol of sending, that’s why we recommend you an external plugin, which is surely compatible with the theme.

In fact you already have all needed plugins, as they come right in the theme folder you have downloaded from ThemeForest.
They will be automatically uploaded together with the theme, yet you can extract them from the theme folder and install them manually if you wish. Just please open your theme folder and proceed: dance-studio/framework/admin/inc/plugins/.
All the plugins you request are there and you will see a .zip archive for each of them.

Please make sure to use the latest theme version (1.1.7). The issue you have can be caused by the latest WooCommerce plugin version, and there is a need to update the theme, please download the newest archive from the Themeforest.
The easiest way to update the theme is to rename the old theme as dance-studio-old in your wp-content/themes folder. Then you will be able to upload the new theme dance-studio.zip via the WordPress admin panel and activate it.
After the theme update, please proceed to Appearance > Theme Plugins, and update all the suggested plugins. Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

You can choose the needed number of projects for showing per page and the columns count. When clicking on the project you are redirected to the open project page: http://dance-studio.cmsmasters.net/project/disco-dance/, but you can change this by adding the project link URL: https://www.screencast.com/t/NL3LFX7wIO to the another page with Portfolio shortcode displaying the projects of another category. Hope such solution will be helpful.
We don’t offer access to the dashboard, but there’s still a possibility to see how everything works on the backend. For this purpose please watch the videos you can find under Features menu item here. Hello, I have a huge problem with the theme overall. When I go to “theme settings”, in the section “general” I cant see the options anymore. It is just a orange field over the whole screen. Same problem with the section “colors”. There is just a grey field color field… The section “fonts” seems to work, but when I try to change the font size, it doesnt apply on the website. I updated to latest WP version and the latest theme version from this month. I updatet all plugins as well. Nothing changed… I read a post from above where someone described a similar problem with the color settings. The suggested solutions in there (updating the theme automatically by using envato market plugin) didnt work for me. Please help me in this matter. Thank you!

In fact it is rather hard to say what can be causing such an issue without seeing the website and investigating the issue from your end. Please send us a request here and our support team will investigate your case.
We’d advise you not to edit theme files directly as any customization can be rewritten by future theme updates. It would be better to customize the code, when you’re using a child theme. A child theme can be created by following instructions from this WordPress Codex article. And besides we can help you with this, just please submit us a personal request here and we’ll provide you with a child theme example.

Hi Thanks for the reply. Normally I would get a notification within Wordpress for theme updates. How will my client know in future that updates are available. Also thinking ahead to the client having to manage updates. Can I not re-name the new one before upload instead of re-naming the existing theme within my themes folder?

Please note that we include the Envato market plugin in the latest theme update which allows to update the theme automatically when the new version is available on the Themeforest. You need to install the plugin onto your WordPress site and acticate it. After activating the plugin, click on the “Envato Market” icon from the left sidebar. To generate your Global OAuth Personal Token click on this link and login using your Envato Market login details. Please copy & paste your unique token into the Envato settings inside your WordPress dashboard and click on “Save Changes”. Once you have configured this properly, you will see a screen where you can install or update your already purchased plugins & themes.
Please note that if you make any changes in the theme files, they will be rewritten by future theme updates. It would be better to customize the code, when you’re using a child theme.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I’ve installed Envato Toolkit plugin, but this just informs me there is an update available and provides a link to download it. It won’t install the update or add the update to my list of updates on the dashboard. which is a shame.
The client still wouldn’t be able to install that update as I can’t rename the new download.
Envato market plugin allows to update the theme automatically. After you enter your Global OAuth Personal Token, you’ll see if there is a new update available, and if new theme version is available on the Themeforest, there only will be a need to click on the Update button. After that new theme version will be installed instead of the old one. So there is no need to rename the theme using the Envato market plugin for updating the theme.
