I am using the latest Porto theme 4.4.3.1, Visual Composer 5.4.7 and Woocommerce 3.4.1. Previously, I was able to display Woocommerce full product page on the Wordpress page (I can even choose the dropdown selections for the Woocommerce product).
However, when I update to Woocommerce 3.4.1 with the latest Porto theme 4.4.3.1, it seems that the compatibility is broken. Can I check if this compatibility is being fixed?

Our latest Theme 4.4.3.1 is Compatible with the latest Woocommerce Version 3.4.1 however just one template of the Theme is outdated because of the day to day update of the Woocommerce and our development team is working on the new update and soon you will find an update release having 100% compatible with the latest version of the Woocommerce however you can use the Theme now as well because the outdated template has not much effect on the Theme.

Right now, using your latest Porto theme 4.4.3.1, I cannot display Woocommerce full product page on the Wordpress page using the shortcode [product_page id=”99”].

My localhost domain name is different, I have activate your theme license for my localhost domain. Now when I going to activate my actual domain name at webserver, it’s showing “This code was already used in xxxxxx.xxx”

I know that support is no valid, but the phrase “View more” on the Portfolio widget is not translatable. Tried with LOCO and directly from the PO file (Both GB and HE PO files). Where is the translation option or the code line to change it in the source code?

If you want to translate these words and other English words then you have to translate the theme’s default languages files into your language. You can find these files inside wp-content/themes/porto/languages folder en_GB.po and .mo files but remember those files will only when work when you have not installed activated any third party language plugin like in your case LOCO so you have to deactivate the LOCO plugin first then check your site after removing the browser cache if your issue will not solve then contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin and FTP Login details so we will solve it for you.

The issue you are facing is the Server issue not the Theme issue so please ask your hosting provider to solve it for you.

I am having a bit of trouble with the custom CSS feature.
I am trying to change the colour of the blue phone icon in the header but when i go to the custom css in theme options i am not able to add anything.
It says “paste your css code here” but i am not able to paste any text. Do you have a solution?

Hi, thanks for the feedback, I downloaded the version from yesterday, and I tested it and it did not work. I did a new installation to test, it did not work. The demos are still not working. I’ll wait and see what happens. For now I’m printing the value on the product screen manually.

Please go to Your Envato Account >> Downloads and download the latest Theme version from there and update it on your site by following the steps given below hope you will not find an issue.
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps: Your theme will be updated easily.
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.
But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements.

Thanks for such a great help, I hate to take your time from this stuff. However if I just activate other theme the price appears. I tried to download the theme, however I always receive the 4.4.3 as you can see on the screenshot.
