X is sold under the ThemeForest regular license. You will need once license for each site you create with X.

Why are almost all the files in my Theme X zipped? I can’t seem to upload it to wordpress. Maybe because of this? First i tried to upload it, but the file was too large as i expected. After that, I placed the theme in my wordpress file. Then I went over to the wordpress dashboard to check if theme X was there. Unfortunately it stated that the stylesheet of my theme didn’t exist. Do you know why this is happening? I have very little knowledge about themes etc.
When you download X you get two options. You can download the main package or the “Installable Theme Files”. If you download the main package it includes other resources like documentation and copies of all the included Extensions. The “x.zip” file found in that main package is identical to the installable zip download. This is the file that you want to upload to WordPress when installing the theme.
Would this theme work in a multisite environment? I’ve had bad experience with page builders with other themes, how easy is it to add custom custom code/modify css? And does it come with child theme from the get go?
Yes, X does work in multisite. There are several places you can include custom CSS including a dedicated code editor in our Theme Options, or at the page level when using the Cornerstone to build pages. We do include a child theme that can be used as a starting point as well.
Hi guys, just tried to download the latest May version (6.1.4) but it’s still showing previous.
I just want to say that X theme / Pro has to be the most frustrating “visual” builder I have ever worked with. Everything feels like it’s complicated, even things that should be simple like centering a button, etc. are either buried in the UI or overly complicated to get done. I haven’t used it in a while, but needed to make some changes to a client’s site and I have to google or search the support in order to do almost everything. Just warning others that I would look elsewhere. I’m sure they meant well and they do answer questions, but it is not a fun theme to work with.

Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear that you seem to be having some issues. We completely understand that with all tools there are some things that to a certain section of users that feel great while to others they might prefer it to be handled differently. As with things like centering buttons, in the Content Builder this has always been handled by selecting a “Center” text align option on either the column, row, or section containing the button. Just that one click will get you the results of what you’re mentioning here.
I know you already mentioned having to go to support, but I just wanted to reassure you that this is what we are here for in situations like these when issues arise that need help. We pride ourselves on our fast response times, and should you need anything further we’ll be happy to continue assisting you there.

The X theme can be utilised with AMP. You can embed any 3rd party player on your website.
I am an Illustrator and want to renew my portfolio website. Now I found a Theme called colors-creative and one of there customer websites I wanted to rebuild for me http://www.mentapicante.mx/ Now I heart of the X Theme with all the cool features and functions and I am thinking maybe I can rebuild this site with X theme but I dont figured it out.the thing I am wondering about if its possible to recreate are the parallax effect in the Portfolio sections and the Portfolio Layout cause I dont found much about the Portfolios in X Theme. Could one of you tell me if it is possible?

Thanks for writing in! That particular parallax effect with the content itself and not a background image is not possible in X, but you could look to see if there are third party plugins available that might help you in achieving a particular effect.

You can define the column layout of the portfolio inside the theme options. If you want to make specific alteration to the single layout of portfolio items that would require custom development.
Have to say one of the best themes, however very disappointed at the lack of a transparency header, so full width rev sliders are not pushed down by a header.
if this had transparent header and even a sticky menu for mobile, or the the main header on scroll, down sizes to be sticky, then I would purchase ten licences of this theme.
Till then I have to stick to one

You can achieve this by using our page builder’s elements like: blockquote element or the promo element. Hope that helps!
