1) Locations in the dropdown are totally flexible. You can add/delete or edit the locations from backend side easily.
2) Login/Register is being offered for the purpose of Properties Submission by your users. So your site users can register and then log in to post their properties on your site. You can review them as being an admin and publish them on your site.
However, if you don’t want to use that Login/Register feature on your site then you can simply skip it.

My client sells a lot of apartment complexes and doesn’t want to list each apartment individually on their site.
So, they would like to say ‘from’ before the price on the listing.
Can your theme cater for this? Is there a ‘prefix’ filed that will add text before the price?

That’s strange. Please make sure you are running the latest theme version 3.5.0 on your site.
Also, check your plugins conflicts. Disable all extra plugins and see if that fixes the issue, then re-enable one plugin at a time to find the culprit one.

I am afraid if you edit the files directly then the changes will be overwritten when you will update your theme in future.
However, if you simply want to change the texts then there is a better way you can go with.
You can change this theme strings through the following plugin.

The text domain of RealHomes theme is framework that you would need to add while changing texts.

thanks but thats not an option the site works great and fast too with more plugins that could change plus you still need to know the string that you want to change and since i do not the file its located in the i cant find the string its much easier to change the string and i dont mind having to repeat the edit after an upgrade
Okay, I will guide you how you can edit those labels by editing the files.
There are two different files submit-form.php & edit-form.php for the Property Submit and Property Edit pages respectively.
Both files are located under realhomes/assets/classic/partials/property directory. Both files use all property fields as common that are located under in the same parent director but a further directory form-fields in individual files.
For example, you want to change the “Property Title” label then you would need to edit realhomes/assets/classic/partials/property/form-fields/title.php file.
