Hello, the logo on the homepage shows “Roslyn” even though we have replaced in and also deleted all of the dummy Roslyn logo images. Our logo shows on the inside pages, just not on the homepage. Please advise.

In the meantime, please go to per page options and scroll all the way down, until you see “Logo” section. Check if there’s a default logo uploaded there. If it is, just remove it and your page will inherit main logo you uploaded from theme options.

Hey there, I wanted to install the Herrera Demo but only the Roslyn Demo shows up. Also, if I try to install this demo version, it only proceeds to 90 % but doesn’t get any further. It’s totally frustrating as this apparently doesn’t work at all!!

A few suggestions to make it even better for a fashion magazines…
1. Would love to see the Post Carousels / Layouts / Widgets have the option to feature products instead of posts.
2. Would love to see infinite scroll on the post page to the next post.
3. Shoppable images with hotspots and “Shop This Post” section for products (example here).
4. Full-screen photo galleries (example here).
5. Ability to upload custom font files

We already have featured products element that you can add to your page via WP Bakery page builder. We also included infinite scroll pagination for blog posts. Full screen gallery can be created if you enable WP Bakery for custom post types from WP Bakery > Role Manager and insert couple of images or an image gallery with a lightbox effect, to your post. In order to add custom fonts, please follow this link. When it comes to shoppable images on posts, this is probably some sort of WooCommerce extension and indeed it looks very nice. We’ll write that down to our features list, so perhaps it’ll be included in some of the next updates or future themes. Thanks!

Hello, thanks for your reply! I was aware of those features but just to clarify…
1. What I meant was to be able to use the pre-made Roslyn News blocks (for example, Layout 5, which is very unique) but instead of posts, to feature products in their place. Using the WooCommerce block doesn’t have the same styling or nearly as many options.
2. I know there is infinite scroll on the archive/blog pages… but I mean when you’re actually on the actual single blog post… like after the comment section, it loads the next post and you can keep reading the next one.
Thanks for the advice on installing custom fonts and creating full-screen galleries, I’ll definitely look into them!

1. If you define default shop page from WooCommerce > Settings, you’d have to use a pre-built template for your shop page and you’d be able to control the appearance from Edge Options > WooCommerce. Single product page is entirely pre-defined and can’t be changed. However, you can also build different shop page layouts using page builder’s WooCommerce elements. Those pages can’t be set as default shop ones, otherwise they’ll lose current appearance.

I have purchased this theme for my blog and it looks good so far, but there are a lot of errors. For example, there are a few things that I cannot seem to get to work. When I tried to connect my Instagram in the Roslyn Options – Social Networks it says the following:

We don’t have an option to recreate a single page only. You either import everything and delete what you don’t need, or import nothing at all.
Usual response time on ticket system is up to 24 hours, but this will happen occasionally, as we tend to respond in half that time.

As much as I love this theme – I am unable to wait any longer for installation. If we cannot install by end of business today – your time! Then I would like to Kindly request a refund to my credit card please.
I have given sufficient time to assist with getting the theme to work. Purchased on the 6th and today is the 11th. Also, every time I try to install and it crashes my site completely – giving me a blank white page. As a result I need to contact my host and get them to reinstall – which results in me losing all the new blogposts, competition entries (comments) etc on my site.

As much as we understand you issue, please understand our point. We’ve tried several times to log in to your Dashboard, sometimes successfully, sometimes not. There seems to be some problem with your hosting provider and consistency in connection.
To establish if the problem is theme-related or server-related, please install Roslyn locally, using XAMPP or any other virtual server and you’ll see that everything works fine and there’re no issues whatsoever.

Strangely I have purchased numerous other themes and had assistance from authors here just two weeks ago – who were able to login to my wordpress site. So this is definitely theme related – especially if you look at the comments here on this forum. Very few people were successful installing your theme.
I have sent a final request to my host to again increase limits – if this does not work – I will be expecting a refund. I do have a log of everytime your IP address has successfully logged into my site. My host can also provide that to you. I have been patient enough.

We managed to log in, finally.
As told in the ticket, you need to increase PHP resources in order to operate successfully with our theme. Please switch back to our theme from Appearance > Themes for further assistance. Then disable ALL 3rd party plugins that you installed after theme purchase. Then provide us with a permission to wipe everything and perform a clean demo import, if that’s what you wanted. Thank you.

All I requested was help with the installation because my site crashes on installation. I saw the login – I also saw that the theme was activated and then deactivated back to my original theme. I just need the theme to be activate and installed and working on my site. Whenever I try to do this – I get the white screen of death! And my site totally crashes

We have logged in and tried to switch to our theme. After successfull switch, we reversed back to your original theme. We’re not sure what you wish to accomplish. You don’t want us to work with Roslyn theme, nor you want us to start all over. For the successful troubleshooting, you have to provide us with full access. Also, you need to eliminate the possibility of failure from 3rd party assets by deactivating them.
If your hosting provider increased PHP resources successfully, you should let us know so we can continue working on your site.
Additionally, please install our theme in localhost environment to see that everything runs just fine. Thank you.

Re past correspondence on here and Ticksy: I do not need to install wordpress – wordpress was installed on my site 8 years ago!
I do not need to import your demo – because I already have imported your demo content. Besides, I already have my own content – I just need the theme to work.

The problem I have is – when I activate your theme in wordpress – it shows a blank white page – and every url on my site is blank. Either that or it crashes my site.

Presale question: How is the pagespeed of this specific theme? We have purchased several themes on here and about 60% of the themes are terrible with Pagespeed, Pingdom and it loads terribly slow. Can you give us assurances that the speed of the website will not be compromised before we purchase this theme?

Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher.
Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.
Here are some general tips for speeding up your website:
a. Consider optimizing your images with some tool like this one: www.jpegmini.com
b. Also you can install some plugin for cache, like WP Fastest Cache or some other:

Thank you for helping me escalate my tickets. I’ve fixed all parameters with my host but the only “Wordpress/Roslyn Options/Import Demo” I could select and import is the generic Roslyn Demo. We’re super frustrated because we’ve ben trying to install this theme all day and it won’t work. It keeps saying there is a virus.
