I think you are facing this issue because of you are using an old version of the Theme and for sure latest versions of the recommended/required plugins which are not compatible with the old version of the Theme. So please try once after updating your Theme and Plugins to latest version and also Please try once with the PHP version 5.6 hope you will not find an issue.

when using the Search feature and setting the Search form to search for “Product” I do not get any search results

You can change the search type to product in Theme Options > Header > Search Form. If after setting you will find the same issue on your site then that must be the third party plugin confiliction issue so please check your site after deactivating your site all the third party plugins hope you will not find an issue if yes then contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve this for you.

There is no Options in the Theme Options to set/show the Single Product Page Short Description in Gridview, but there are number of Layouts our latest Theme is provide for the Single Product Page you can select any one of it as per your requirement. And Yes you can easily turn Off Wishlist by just deactivating the Plugin Yith Woocommerce Wishlist.

Thats what I thought and that is what I did. But right now, despite which style I use for “Add to Cart Notification Type” the end result is NOT a pop up message (preferred) but rather in both cases (Style 1 or 2) they both go back and show the Cart each time an item is added to the cart

This issue was reported almost a month ago – still not resolutions – no response since then. My web guy also has not been able to get any positive direction.
We have installed a free Wordpress templates, it works with no problem. However, I premium template we paid for appears to not be working. Our still have current support active, please help us get this working again.
The developers of the Memberships plugin have taken a look and say this error originated from the theme in file inc/functions/woocommerce.php on line 562 where the get_{$adjacent}post_where filter is applied. Memberships hooks onto this filter using 5 arguments while your theme only provides 3. WordPress 4.4 introduced the 3rd and 4th arguments and your use of apply_filters( “get{$adjacent}_post_where”, ... ); should be updated to match how WordPress defines it to avoid conflicts with Memberships and other WordPress plugins. Sorry to say that but Our latest Porto WordPress Theme is fully compatible with the latest WordPress and Compatible Plugin List provided here: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399 and the Memberships plugin is the third party plugin and we are not responsible for any third party plugin compatibility or confliction with the latest Theme because we have not tested the third party plugin with our latest Theme .

I’m sorry, you miss understood the woocommerce and the membership plugins works with other templates we’ve tested on – it appears the Porto theme is the only one that does not work. It was working before on Porto 4.2 – once we upgraded passed version 4.2 it broke!!! Can you please fix?

As I told before that Membership Plugin is the third party plugin and it’s files confilicting with the latest Theme files but it works perfectly with the old Theme version this is what you said right. So dear some major and Theme required plugins like Woocommerce, Wp Bakery, Slider Revolution have updated their plugins and we have to update our Theme because to make it compaitable with the latest Theme required plugins right and it includes some core changes in the core Theme files of the Theme as well which may affect to any third party plugin and we are not responsible for any third party plugin.
So you have to ask your developer or plugin author to solve the issue for you as you know already that we donot provide support for any third party plugin.

The WC Developers are saying it’s your theme that is the issue. This is unfortunate we will be dumping this theme. It’s not compatible!!!! It makes no sense a free template works fine yet Porto does not.

Lately there’s been more and more translations failing. Standard woocommerce phrase like proceed to checkout, availability and more that is translated to my local language in the woocommerce po / mo files does not translate with your theme.

I have few questions as I am interested to purchase.
1. NOTIFICATION – There is no email notification? This theme has no built-in Email Management? Just like the one you have for Porto Magento that I currently have?
2. REVIEWS – Members can leave a review, but is there a way to have a tab on member’s dashboard to show all member’s review he had made?
3. CUSTOM CSS – Is this theme fully customizable? I was checking some functions and design on my iphone and there are minor adjustments i wish to change, I can only do this if this is fully customizable, can you confirm please?
4. TEST ADMIN – Do you have a test page for the admin access? I would like to see all and how it looks inside. If you do have, can you email me at edward@muradeal.com please?

2. Sorry to say that but Our latest Theme does not have this functionality to show the members reviews in a tab on Member’s dashboard.
3. Yes our latest Theme is fully Customizable you can put the Custom CSS code into Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and it will perfectly work for your complete site.
4. Sorry to say that but this is not possible to access backend before buying the product.
5. Yes, Our latest Theme is fully Compatible with the AJAX as well, you can also add your AJAX code to Theme Options as well.
