3. it may have a page as result (not post). we have option to disable search on page so it will only search post.

i don’t know what it is. probably your Operation system who currently running your webserver different than the one that own the file. you will need to ask your server administrator about this case.

1. For turn of the comment, you can setup it on the WP Dashboard > Settings > Discussion > Default article settings then make sure you’ve been uncheck Allow people to post comments on new articles option.

2. For the author box, you can disable it on the WP Dashboard > Customize > JNews : Single Post Option > Single Post Option > Single Post Element tab > disable Show Author Box

hi yanomis, yes we create mechanism so you can build your own single post template. Yes they can. you can use any block that we have right now and put it as you want. including with fullwidth or not.

its base on jnews block, you can use it on both vc & elementor.

hi inerd360, yes you can disable author section. we have option for that. you can go to customizer > JNews : Single Post Option > Single Post Option > Show Author Box (turn this option on)

on v3 we will allow user to build their own single post template. but if you want it now, and familiar with wordpress code (filter) we have hook for that. take a look at themes folder > class > single > SinglePost.php on line 48 we have hook for that.

you can remove those action and change to your own.

This two options doesnt resolve my problem. OPtion 1 took the entire box away. While option 2 allows me to select author using a dropdown box.

We want to manually input Author name. We have hundreds of author and we cant start creating accounts for all.
