Hi,
I am trying to replicate the demo homepage. I have followed the instructions as mentioned in the document and imported everything and installed the revolution slider but I am unable to import the demo slides. The instruction says to upload the files but it does not mention which file specifically and from which location. Would really appreciate your help.
P.s all the links that are available in the comments just point to the main help page and its not really helpful, A quick video of how the demo is setup would be very helpful!

Just for the record, the first time I posted the ticket, I waited for 24h with no response. My second post after around 26h with more information on my problem, did move me 24h down in the queue and now I understand, thank you for the information.
Just think that you guys should review this policy regarding the last post, maybe if it counted towards the first unanswered post it would work better?
After all, customer support is about managing expectations and solving problems and communication is extremely important on both matters. Now a conversation where one of the sides only replies once every 24 or more is not a really a conversation, thus not effective communication.
But okay, I will adjust my expectations and try to be more patient. I am sorry for the all the trouble, you have a good one!
