Is there any way to address the header logo when you scroll down and the logo switches to Sticky version and then you scroll up and it switches to normal version? There is a pretty ugly grow/shrink transition which I would like to remove if possible. What logo dimensions should I be using to have it transition smoothly without that ugly effect?

Hi there,
Just updated to latest version of your theme, generated a new Google Maps API Key for the map on the contact page. But the map location/address is stuck on Australia as the default. I’ve tried inputting GPS coordinates from here: https://www.gps-coordinates.net/, and I’ve tried several different addresses. I’ve even just tried Paris, France to see if it would pick that up but it’s only showing Australia no matter what I do.

Working with Hazel: Is there a way to reposition an image in a lightbox thumbnail? I have set all my items to be “even” but some pictures I have in there are vertical, others are horizontal and the display for the vertical images in the “even” boxes of the lightbox shows the top of the photos. How can I reposition my images to show the center or the bottom or any area of the photo in the thumbnail by dragging the photo around (like we do on social media ex FB)? Thank you!

Hi!
On this page, I have a grid Ajax 3 columns. I select “Slider” option. All my slides are “even” with option Lightbox (underneath I have a carrousel, as I am experimenting between the two. But I prefer the Light box because the blown up pictures are not all one page but part of the light box. My problem is with the Ajax 3 column slider lightbox… pictures are not centered in the thumbnails/slides. I can’t reposition them to appear like they actually do as a single photo in the carrousel. And I have to add a caption for them to look even, although I have selected the “even” option. Without the caption, pictures are not even as they are with the carrousel…

Hi there! Love the theme and currently using the Violet demo. I was wondering if the main homepage, where the carousel is of fullscreen images, can that be changed to just one single image (for e.g. like a landing page) rather than a carousel which changing/sliding images?

Hello I just added a contributor to my blog (Hazel theme) and although I have approved his 1st post and it appears as “published”, it only shows an empty white rectangle on the Blog page. All other posts by me Admin are visible and normal. What’s happening? Please help?

Hi, I really like the default header height on desktop screens, but on the ipad my logo looks huge and is very close to overlapping the menu items. I’ve used custom CSS to set the logo height to 75px for screens below a max-width of 1280px, and that works great except I’m using a fixed header, and when I scroll the logo doesn’t reduce. So I’d like to reduce the header height to 75px but only on screens below a max-width of 1280px. How would I do that?

I bought the HAZEL theme that I installed on WP 2 days ago, and I am getting the hang of it. However, I have a problem with replacing the Hazel logo with mine in the Hazel Options. No matter the size of my logo (I tried xtra small, small, large, xtra large), the logo on the home page (upper left corner, above menu – have installed the Demo 4) appears super duper tiny unreadable. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks a lot!

Thank you for purchasing Hazel! The way logo dimensions work:
Maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header.
As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload the logo that is 100×100, the actual dimensions on desktop will be 50×50.
In case you want a logo that is 100×100, you need to upload an image that is 200×200, and set the header height to 100.

This page template doesn’t accept Visual Composer shortcodes, but you can use the Latest Posts shortcode on a regular page if you want to combine your posts with other elements.
Alternatively, you can add the following line of code to one of the theme files (you can see its location in the screenshot):

Hello! I didn’t use Hazel theme for almost 2 years. I made updates now and there’s no visual composer in my plugins and also no notifications at the top of my screen that there’s any need of VC
All my site is full of wird signs, like html laguage. I think that the problem is i don’t have visual composer but maybe i am wrong

I updated the site and know I can’t add any more portfolio items with their category. It seems like the portfolio got divided. I have two portfolio buttons in my dashboard. One displays all items and no categories and the other displays no items but the categories. I really don’t understand what happened
