The Sparks theme looks nice on computer web browsers… but awful on mobile devices. Graphics overlap and makes many text areas difficult to read. Does your theme offer any kind of mobile-friendly templates or modifications I can make to the regular templates to make them more mobile friendly?

Thanks for using our theme! All our themes are responsive and it might be that you have not set some settings on your end resulting to the issue you are encountering. As you can see on our demo page on mobile devices, everything is working as intended.
So I would kindy ask you to check your themes settings for responsivness and check our helpcenter where you may find various suggestions and directions on how to make your site responsive.

You can set desired homepage in Appearance > Customize > Homepage settings, as well.

Thank you for taking interest in our theme. Please, note that theme is SEO ready and title tags could be managed on your own. Also, for advanced results feel free to use some plugin for SEO, such as Yoast that is compatible with our theme.

Concerned about the load time for that specific template; and the layout at 1366×768 leaving the 3 display boxes, mid-page after “Interactive fun” displaying incorrectly unless using a larger screen or shrinking the display down to 75%

Please note that we haven’t optimized our demo site speed-wise, because we wanted to show all the possible features our theme offers – so there’s a lot of content. Our support team tests the site of each user on request, and provides individual tips for improvement. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage, etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance. So, we could tell you that this will mostly depend on your content and good optimization, since theme is coded by highest standards.

Again, as noted in the original post:
The Sparks theme, Start Up template, https://sparks.mikado-themes.com/startup-home/ mid-page, green back ground, “Interactive and Fun” title has 3 content boxes titled “Business Sites”, “Coffee Break”, and “Electric Wave”
These 3 content boxes, on an MS Edge browser, at 1366×768 resolution, stack the last content box, titled “Electric Wave” under the first 2 rather than all 3 content blocks in a row.
The template does not appear responsive in resizing depending on screen ratio or resolution.
I’m wondering if padding around the content blocks can be adjusted to display correctly at that screen resolution.

Oh, thanks for this explanation. We checked in Edge browser and on smaller resolutions it fall in second row. Yes, it could be resolved with minor css code. There is no need to be worried about this.

The section in the header of that link, with the bouncing lighthouse, dollar signs, charts, etc. Am I able to use that on my site? I know with topfit that many of the pictures were copyrighted and aren’t able to be used in the final product. Is that the case with this theme too?

Ok, thanks for explanation. What is weird is that you’ve asked on Sparks theme about Connect themes’ images. Anyhow, we bought our graphics and images on Shutterstock. To use them commercially, you will have to buy licenses since they are under copyright.

Which information exactly? There is option on ShutterStock to upload image and get results for it so you could buy desired image. And also, we could provide you with PSD files where are some images ID on shutterstock included. Hopefully, this is what you’re looking for. Thanks
WPBakery Page Builder: Update package not available.

You will get the latest version of WPBakery with the next theme update. Regarding the theme update, we’re currently in a process of updating all our themes. Our team is working hard to get all the themes up to date with the current versions of plugins and extensions.
In a meanwhile, please note that our theme is completely compatible with the latest version of a WordPress and the only issue that probably occurred is the change in WPBakery layout.
This happened because Gutenberg Editor is now in the core of Wordpress. Could you please follow the instructions from this article in order to enable Classic Editor and WPBakery Page Builder will work normally: https://wpklik.com/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-keep-wordpress-classic-editor/

Hi, Spark is WPML compatible, and th plugin confirm with this alert: “ICL_DONT_LOAD_LANGUAGE_SELECTOR_CSS is defined in your theme. The language selector can only be customized using the theme’s CSS.”
But when I add a language selector in my menu in WPML setting he is very ugly in front. So maybe I need to add language selector in Mikado option or set it with it but I don’t find any option and info in documentation.
My support item has expired but this is a basic option of the template, can you juste tell me where find it.

Thank you for taking interest in our Sparks theme. When you import our demo content, you’ll get all stuff, including media files imported. Please, note that most of our images on demo site are purchased on ShutterStock, and if you want to use the same images, you’ll need to buy your own licences. So, you could fully use our content and elements arrangement, if you just edit it and add your own text and images instead of ours.

Hi! I’m working with this theme for a Client, but I’m confused if I can edit demo content with Visual Composer front-end? (not WPbakery page builder in backend). The front-page only displays a text-block with all the html for the demo content. How can I make it easy for my customer to edit the demo-content with front-end? Thank you!
