This theme uses a lot of server memory in my experience. Is there any settings I can turn off which might help? I am using the ‘SEO’ demo, which is all setup fine. However, when editing pages, for example Home it knocks the server over for a minute. Then does it again when I click Update. Thanks

We recommend 128M PHP memory limit for using this theme, Actually memory limit usage is not just related to theme, If you deactivate all the plugins and switch to default WordPress theme, You will see, by default WordPress usually use 25M – 30M memory, Then enable xtar theme, memory will increasing to 35M – 38M memory. By enabling each plugins you can see memory will increase again each time 10M
We think its normal and if you test popular theme such as avada, you will notice they also have same memory usage rate. Finally I think 128M should be enough for using theme and required plugins.

If you are using latest version of theme, Try Custom Post Type UI plugin, theme is compatible with it and after adding post type you can see new post type panel styles and settings from Theme Options.

(http://xtratheme.com/help) The documentation .html provided in the download produced a page asking to enter an email to subscribe and then when done producing a page that says ” We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed Our server stopped processing your request. Your request looks suspicious or similar to automated requests from spam posting software. If you believe you should be able to perform this request, please let us know.”

Excellent plugin, I have this problem, the contact form acceptance box is not properly seen with google browser (you see a dot) while on firefox you see correctly the small square. How can you solve?

Yes, But we do not provide popup modal for accept cookies or selfhost google fonts support. You can use plugin for this purpose.

Go to Theme Options > Footer > More and enable fixed footer, Then go to General > Theme Colors and set body background color.
Body background is required for fixed footer overlay color.

I have followed all your theme and plugins installation and was able to import a demo and customise some features. However, I did not like it so I deleted the entire site and set up a new site with Local by Flywheel and again, installed theme and plugins. After doing that, my customisation has gone completely and I can not even import a demo. Please advise me what should I do, thank you

Hi, there! There are a couple of issues. 1. Setting prettyPhoto on click action of Single image, it open it twice. I have to close 2 different image viewers.
2. Post (masony) Grids do not working properly. Now showing all content and can’t scroll down unless change browser’s size.
