Hi, I mispurchased this theme, thinking this was the Drupal version of the Porto theme. Could I get a refund for the theme?

How do you completely remove woocommerce from the template? I don’t use it and never installed it but all the files have various code for it the the directory contains actual files for woocommerce. I’m not sure if I can just delete these files? Thanks.

Hi,

No don’t delete the Woocommerce templates from the Theme it will not affect your site if you do not use the Woocommerce Plugin. If you will delete the templates of the Woocommerce it will give error and if you want to speed up your site you can do it from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Speed Optize.

Variable products that are out of stock are being added to cart when I use Variation Selection Mode Button. You need to check the javascript

when selecting the product out of stock the add to cart button does not hide, I think is wrong, it is visible but it is disabled to click. by clicking on the variables random several times the javascript ends up releasing the add to cart button and the user can put the product in the cart and finish the purchase. in this way the stock becomes negative even if the product does not allow orders.

when I use Select Box the problem does not exist.

This problem is precisely in version 4.4.5 that I updated today.

I managed to solve the problem, in fact it is an incompatibility with another plugin, sorry for this. I would like to hide the add to cart button when the product is out of stock, is there such a possibility in the administrative panel?

Hi, there. After last update some strings does not translate to my language. The string Availability for example. I cant find it on porto template files. I found the string on woocommerce templates files and it is already translated, but it is not loaded on the frontend.

1. Yes, our theme is fully compatible with WC Vendor plugin. You do not need to make it compatible.

2. Yes, you can import any one of demo on your site. You can check all our demos here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto_landing/

3. Our theme require 13 plugins to install with the theme activation.

4. Sorry to say that we have not set any test drive for Demo sites.

5. Yes, Porto WP theme is fully compatible with Visual Composer actually we are using the Visual Composer plugin as a page builder in our theme.

Sorry to say that it is not possible with the theme options. You have to use any 3rd party plugin for this.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested any third party plugin with our latest Theme and also we do not support any of the third party plugin so it is difficult for us to suggest you any third party plugin, So just Google it and check any of the third party plugin on your site with the Theme environment if it will work for you it will best.

I can not activate Porto Functionality plugin after update. When I try to activate it Im getting the error below.

Please deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is combination of these 3 plugins so before install Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins then you will not find an issue.

As I’ve told you, A2hosting has 3 different shared plans and 3 managed VPS plans. Yes, I’ve googled the stuff and they always say it HEAVILY depends on the theme.This is why I’m asking you.

Of course, I will buy another license if I decide to go with the Porto of this job. This is pre-sales question, where I’m just trying to figure out if Porto is suitable for high-load web-shop. So far I had no experience with sites over 1000 hits/day and this one will have way more.

It does not depend on the theme all the time, If your server is not powerful then the theme cannot work smoothly and will not control the heavy traffic but if your server is good then the theme will work also fine and able to control the Heavy traffic.

You can choose VPS standard plan or select another plan as well it all depends on your traffic and requirement. Hope it helps you.

Hi There,

I’m using the latest version of the theme as well as the latest WPBakery page builder plugin available.

Porto theme causes a 500 internal server error when adding ANY sort of WPBakery Grid element. In my case, “Post Grid” element. The page doesn’t load when I add a Post Grid element & when I activate Twenty Eleven or any other theme, the Post Grid shows up fine.

Also I have https mixed content issues when loading google fonts in my browser console only when I activate Porto theme.

The Post Grid is a major issue & I need support ASAP.

Please provide me a solution

After an update of porto, and i really only noticed now so i dont know when did it happen, the header top disappeared completely from my website.

For example your demo version here:

has header top with some links such as:

MY ACCOUNT ABOUT US MY WISHLIST BLOG LOG IN

And on my website, igourmet.dk the top header simply is not there. And i did choose the right layout for it, layout number 4…

I cannot even find header top position in the widgets as well, its missing.

You have to turn ON the header top from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header. And you can set the header top Menu from Appearance >> Menu by selecting the header top menu.

Can you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Theme and Plugins if not then please update your Theme to latest version 4.4.4 and also update your plugins hope you will not find an issue or it may be any third party plugin confiliction issue so please check your site after deactivating your site all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache otherwise we have to debug your site and for that you have to contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details.

Grate theme, but compatibility with woocommerce is too late. Woocommerce is already on 3.4.3, and the last update of porto is behind it by 3 versions. Every time I open my dashboard i get a notify saying that my theme files is outdated and this is very anoing.

Just two questions: I have a carousel slider on the main page (recent products) and the arrows are above, over the products…how can I get them left and right next to the products? As seen on the demo…

Thanks again for helping out…it is activated…but the navigation arrows are still showing in the title. The strange thing is: When the slider is put into the tabs like in the demo with FEATURED and LATEST, the arrows are on the side… As soon as I seperate the Porto Recent Products Slider, the arrows are not on the side anymore.

I have duplicated the exact Porto Recent Slider…one is inside the tab, the second one is outside in a single row. The tab one shows the arrows on the side, the single one has the arrows in the title.

Also there´s another small issue I have noticed…when I change the minicart in the header, no number is showing, even if there´s something in the cart. Please check here: https://pasteboard.co/Hrel00a.jpg

The only minicart showing the number of items in the cart is the one for the demo.
