Hello.. I have this undefined index notice that fills up my debug log now and then:

When you scrolling down to explore new product it will load a new page but the URL still the same so google fixed this issue by something called infinite scroll search, such as this website: http://scrollsample.appspot.com/items,
when you scroll down it automatically change the URL to the next page. but in your them the url not changing
How to fix this issue?

Sorry to say that you can not change the page URL with the infinite scroll. Your given example is the HTML site not the WordPress Dynamic site. While in our Porto theme we are using the infinite scroll with ajax so that is why the page URL is not changing after scrolling because it loads the more products on the same page not on the second or 3rd page.

i know but this is applicable and you just should update the url you are already update Ajax request url each time why you can’t update the url too, i don’t think it’s complex and this will added value to your them and it’s rate

Please edit the page and scroll below you will find the page options in it you will find the block is being used in the page content top section it means the section comes from blocks so you have to go to blocks and finds the particular block and just edit it and change as per your requirements.
And also you will find some elements when you edit the page just edit those elements and change as per your requirements.

No WPML and Woocommerce Currency Switcher plugins are not included in the Theme Package you have to buy those Pluings if you want to use them, those are compatible with our latest Theme release.

Is it possible to sort categories when using the Porto Product Categories element? It sorts by title, ID, and so on, but dragging the categories does nothing.

Has anyone reported having problems with background images not loading? Seems to be a problem with Revolution slider. If I disable it the images come back. I have this problem too with some other themes.

I you are facing the same problem with the default WP and other Themes as well then it is not the Theme issue it must be any third party plugin confliction issue so please check your site after deactivating your site all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue.

Thanks for the reply. after a little research It seems to be a problem with the latest version of Chrome. The same issue I am experiencing has been reported in various other theme support forums and is an issue with Chrome and not specifically Porto or any other theme.
Some devs have offered a temp CSS fix for the issue until a patch is released for Chrome. Cheers

1-I’ve purchased Porto two days ago, still can’t import slider revolution demos, when I import demo while installing the theme, error appears in the main page: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home-classic-video-light not found. Maybe you mean: ‘full-width-slider’ or ‘full-width-slider1’
2-What is the best way to import demo? you’ve changed the import demo position from theme options list!
3-Any Videos you have to support ?!
usually slider demos come in the theme download file, but I can’t find any.
Another issue is that in Porto it shows system status : PHP max_execution_time Limit 30 Minimum 300 is required, 600 is recommended.
PHP max_input_vars 1000 Minimum 2000 is required

1. We have enabled One Click installation of the Demo in our latest Theme so whenever you will install any Demo the particular Slider of the Demo’s comes with the Demo import and automatically imported on your site, the error you are seeing in that the slider is not being set by you on your page, So please edit the page Scroll below to Page Options you will find Banner Type being used on your page is Slider Revolution but none of the Slider is being selected from there that is why it is showing an error you just have to select the particular slider from here: https://pasteboard.co/HrCMwVy.png

How do you completely remove woocommerce from the template? I don’t use it and never installed it but all the files have various code for it the the directory contains actual files for woocommerce. I’m not sure if I can just delete these files? Thanks.

No don’t delete the Woocommerce templates from the Theme it will not affect your site if you do not use the Woocommerce Plugin. If you will delete the templates of the Woocommerce it will give error and if you want to speed up your site you can do it from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Speed Optize.

Variable products that are out of stock are being added to cart when I use Variation Selection Mode Button. You need to check the javascript
when selecting the product out of stock the add to cart button does not hide, I think is wrong, it is visible but it is disabled to click. by clicking on the variables random several times the javascript ends up releasing the add to cart button and the user can put the product in the cart and finish the purchase. in this way the stock becomes negative even if the product does not allow orders.
when I use Select Box the problem does not exist.

Hi, there. After last update some strings does not translate to my language. The string Availability for example. I cant find it on porto template files. I found the string on woocommerce templates files and it is already translated, but it is not loaded on the frontend.

1. Yes, our theme is fully compatible with WC Vendor plugin. You do not need to make it compatible.
2. Yes, you can import any one of demo on your site. You can check all our demos here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto_landing/3. Our theme require 13 plugins to install with the theme activation.
4. Sorry to say that we have not set any test drive for Demo sites.
5. Yes, Porto WP theme is fully compatible with Visual Composer actually we are using the Visual Composer plugin as a page builder in our theme.
